近年來許多我國製造業者逐漸從原有OEM代工製造的型態,發展成具代工設計能力的ODM模式,並透過ODM協同設計使產品開發更具有效益。然而ODM協同設計初期多著重於ODM廠商與國際客戶的合作,對供應鏈參與成員的整合仍有強化空間。本文根據MIT教授Fine提出的三維同步工程(3D-CE)理論,利用3D-CE的概念,建立一個更透通的ODM協同設計運作情境。 另一方面,ODM協同設計流程在結合3D-CE之後,需將智慧財產權(IPR)的同步規劃納入考量,產品設計與開發應結合協同專利分析之預防工程,故本研究提出多維同步工程(Multi D-CE)的概念,這也正是本研究的立論核心-ODM協同設計之Multi D-CE。本文的研究問題為以下所列:釐清ODM協同設計之Multi D-CE環境下的運作流程為何?並建構系統動態模型,透過系統動態模擬瞭解專案時間與工程變更次數變化情形?以及何種情境下的產品開發時間達最小化? 本研究並歸納出產品資料管理成熟度、工程變更管理機制、IPR資訊平台就緒程度、供應鏈同步程度與IPR同步程度這五個Multi D-CE的關鍵決策因子。並在SD模型建構完成後,經由訪談蒐集散熱模組產業與STN-LCD產業的資料,進行模擬驗證,盼使此模型更貼近真實世界的運作情境,並帶給企業更佳的學習效果,以提升產品開發的績效。
In Taiwan recently OEMs responsible for manufacturing are eager to evolve into ODMs. They wish to integrate partners to join ODM CPD (collaborative product development). However, in the early stage ODMS focus more on collaboration with international customers, and they still seek enhancement of the integration of suppliers. Via making use of the 3D-CE (3 dimensional-concurrent engineering) theory, the study aims at establishing a more transparent scenario of ODM CPD to improve the performance of NPD (new product development). Further, ODMs have to spend more efforts on measures associated with IPR management. So the study proposes that in addition to the combination with the 3D-CE, ODMs must take concurrent IPR (intellectual property right) planning into account and the Multi D-CE (multi dimensional-concurrent engineering) of ODM CPD forms. The research goals of this study include articulating operational processes of the Multi D-CE of ODM CPD, building a SD (system dynamics) model to observe the change of ODM CPD project duration and EC (engineering change) numbers, and finally depicting a scenario of minimized NPD cycle-time. Moreover, the study summarizes five critical decision factors of Multi D-CE. They are PDM (product data management) maturity, ECM (engineering change management) mechanisms, IPR information platform readiness, SC (supply chain) concurrency, and IPR concurrency. After finishing the SD modeling, the author collects practical data of ODM CPD project from Taiwan’s electric machine industry and STN-LCD industry to conduct simulation and DOE (Design of Experiment). The study wishes to consolidate the SD model and bring better learning effects for enterprises related to ODM CPD in this way.
