鋼結構螺栓結合效能之研究

摘要


在檢驗規範的實務上,取樣試驗是評量規範與檢驗程序合適性的工具,因為合宜的效率與品質,有賴適當的檢驗程序,而國內在此之工程實例並不多,本研究乃以梳理RCSC鋼構螺栓規範與ASTM材料標準,統合為鋼構螺栓檢驗程序,提供國內鋼構螺栓施工的參考。 本研究以核電廠R級鋼構廠房為例,驗證拉力指示型墊圈(Direction Tension Indicator, DTI Washer)與扭矩控制型斷尾螺栓(Twist-off Bolt ,TC Bolt)的外部變形,經量測後符合RCSC鋼構螺栓規範的螺栓預拉力,再檢討DTI Washer在施力於螺帽,並探討及歸納RCSC鋼構螺栓規範與ASTM材料標準的實際應用。除了DTI Washer的螺栓安裝方式,TC Bolt是另一種常用而具經濟效能的鋼構螺栓安裝方式,而在進行TC Bolt的規範預拉力試驗時,安裝前的螺栓預拉力試驗需再現RCSC鋼構螺栓規範的螺栓預拉力,以使現場利用外部變形量測具RCSC鋼構螺栓規範的可鑑性。

Sampling test is the appropriate tool to evaluate specification and test procedure in inspection specification application, and construction efficiency and quality depend on the proper procedure. Through the construction cases and combination between RCSC & ASTM this research establishes structural steel bolt inspection procedure, and hope to offer the construction of structural steel bolt a reference guide in Taiwan. This research testifies from the cases in R-class steel structures turbine building of nuclear plant construction that the external behavior measurement of the Direction Tension Indicator (DTI) Washer and Twist-off (TC) Bolt can correspond with the bolt pretension of RCSC Specification for Structural Joints; reviews and compares the construction quality of DTI Washer-loaded nuts between the gap width 0.015 inches & 0.005 inches; discusses and generalizes the practical applications of RCSC Specification for Structural Joints and ASTM standard for material. Besides DTI Washer, TC Bolt is another common and economical way to install the structural steel bolt, and during every batch of TC Bolt pretension test, the torque coefficient K is not only the focus of inspection, but also the torsion basis of torsion wrench. Altogether, the bolt pretension test before installation should correspond with the pretension of RCSC Specification for Structural Joints to make the external deformation measurement incorporate RCSC.
