鋼筋混凝土梁採碳纖維撓曲補強受往復載重試驗研究

摘要


隨著時代進步,對於鋼筋混凝土結構物之設計規範、安全強度及耐久性有著越來越高的要求。鋼筋混凝土結構物也常常因為使用過程或是外在環境因素,造成部分構件受損,尤其是對於早期建造的老舊結構物而言更是如此,此些稍微受損但尚未嚴重影響主體結構且危及安全之構件,應予以補強來增強受損結構物之強度,國內對於鋼筋混凝土結構物的補強工法與材料,近二十年來最為專家研究與廣泛使用且效果佳的就是在結構物外層包覆碳纖維強化高分子複合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer),簡稱CFRP。此材料的優點為拉力強度高、重量極輕、耐腐蝕特性、補強施作容易且不影響原構件外觀。不過就補強構件耐久性部分之研究較為欠缺。 本文研究將縮尺寸鋼筋混凝土梁,面外包覆CFRP補強。探討高頻率之往復載重(3Hz)對補強後鋼筋混凝土梁之影響。

With the progress of the times, for the design of reinforced concrete structures specifications, safety has increasingly high strength and durability requirements. Reinforced concrete structures are often used during or because of external environmental factors, causing some damage to components, especially for the early construction of the old structure is especially true, some slightly damaged but this has not yet seriously affected the main structure and endanger the safety of the members and should be reinforced to enhance the strength of damaged structures, reinforced concrete structures for the domestic labor law and reinforcing materials, the past two decades the most widely used and experts to study the effect of good and is in the sheath structure carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite materials (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer), referred CFRP. This material has the advantage of high tensile strength, extremely light weight, corrosion resistance, reinforcing Shizuo Rong Yi does not affect the appearance of the original components. However, part of the durability of components on reinforcing research is more lacking. This research will shrink size reinforced concrete beams, the outer surface coated CFRP reinforcement. Explore the high-frequency reciprocating load (3Hz) on reinforced concrete beams reinforced after the impact.
