RC梁採碳纖維包覆暨界面錨定補強研究

摘要


結構補強是現今國內外土木工程界的重要研究課題。而應用碳纖維強化高分子複合材料CFRP來補強鋼筋混凝土結構物為近年來之補強發展的新趨勢。因為碳纖維貼片具有強度高、材質輕、抗腐蝕、剪裁容易及施工簡易等特性。 本研究將以縮尺寸原樑包覆CFRP並植入化學黏錨栓及貼覆壓條和CFRP壓條對矩形梁包覆CFRP之影響,並採用四點受力載重,進行試驗。本研究共製做8組不同形式補強的試體,並設計為剪力破壞,觀察化學錨栓以及CFRP壓條對矩形梁包覆CFRP之影響。 試驗結果顯示化學錨栓補強以編號RFd4A間距d/2並貼覆壓條的補強形式 效果最好,而CFRP壓條補強以編號RFL1S圍繞一圈的補強效果最好,由試驗 結果和最後破壞的模式去探討各種補強型試的補強效益,而依試驗所得的數值 來了解各種補強的優缺點,之後再進行驗證試驗和文獻經驗公式的準確性,提 供往後設計者參考。

It is the important subject for research of the domestic and international civil engineering that the structure is mended strongly. And use the CFRP to strengthen and mend the new trend that the reinforce concrete structure is strong development of benefit in recent years. Because the CFRP sticks to slice have high strength, light material, anticorrosive, cutting out easy and construction simple and easily etc. The objective of this study was to research CFRP wrapping rectangular beam effect with adhesive anchors and CFRP strip. Rectangular RC beams were retrofitted by seven different types of CFRP wrapping with adhesive anchors and use steel strip included different anchored span (d、d/2、d/4) and with CFRP strip included different span(L、L/2、L/4). The test showed that the best of adhesive anchor retrofitted type is adhesive anchor with steel strip and anchored span d/2 for number RFd4A, and the best of CFRP strip retrofitted type is around the circle for number RFL1S. The final destruction of the mode to explore the effectiveness of various reinforcement forms of reinforcement. To understand the advantages and disadvantages of various reinforcement, after testing and documentation to verify the accuracy of empirical formula, provided Designers for future reference.
