以FRP補強結構之應用及檢測研究

摘要


結構補強採用碳纖維貼片(FRP)是現今補強工法的新趨勢,因為碳纖維貼片具有強度高、材質輕、抗腐蝕、剪裁容易及施工簡易等特性。然而,碳纖維貼片補強後的品質,傳統上依賴人工敲擊(Tapping)法或拉拔(強度)試驗來檢核,前者操作費時且人為誤差難免。本文依據紅外線原理,因為碳纖維貼片與混凝土表面結合後,經過均勻的加熱,由於內部缺陷處,產生熱流的不均勻,而與結合良好處會有溫差的情形產生,此時溫度的差異會造成釋放紅外線量不同的情形產生。所以本文嘗試利用紅外線熱像儀檢測小區域補強後的品質,試驗結果顯示此方法可以快速找到表面黏合不良的位置。 此外,目前碳纖維研究多著重於柱的圍束及梁抗彎強度,應用在剪力補強方面的研究仍不多。本文嘗試研究碳纖維貼片補強混凝土梁承受剪力作用之行為。其主要目的在探討混凝土梁在低剪力筋量下,使用不同補強方式補強之功效。經過試驗後,知道適當的補強碳纖維貼片對於梁剪力容量的提升幫助很大。此外,並簡介多種國內外已發展的剪力強度公式,提供業界使用碳纖維貼片在剪力補強時提供參考。最後,將剪力補強試驗後所得到的值與Chen和Teng建議之公式計算值作比較,發現Chen和Teng建議之公式在此系列的試驗中具有安全和保守的特性。

Nowadays, use of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) is one of the common method to amend reinforce concrete structures,because fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) possess the advantages of high strength, light weight, high corrosive ,resistance, and easy working , etc. However, the quality of FRP is checked by traditional tapping on the surface or by a simple pulling test. The tapping method relies very much on the person who carries out the test, so it is inevitable that some defaults may be missed. This paper investigates a new method to check out the defaults in FRP by using infrared photography technology. Experiment results show that infrared photography is a quick and reliable method. Currently, FRP researches usually focus on the confine strength of column and the flexure moment of the beam, and little investigation is carried out on the use of FRP on shear strength of a concrete beam. This paper also studies the effect on shear strength using concrete beams with the same reinforcement but different ways of laying the fiber sheet. Through experimentation, it can comprehend that the shear strength of concrete beam with the fiber sheet can be increase . The test result can be used to strengthen the design methods commonly used in the construction industry.At last, the result of the experimentation is compared with the values from the design proposal given by Chen and Teng, it is found that the design proposal given by Chen and Teng is on safe and conservative side.
