中空水泥板添加廢棄纖維的改質研究

摘要


建築隔間材料之中空水泥板製程原添加石棉用以加強水泥砂漿,因不符合環保原則故予以改進。本研究使用紡織廠之各種廢棄纖維添加來進行中空水泥板之產品改質,探討中空水泥板製程中添加回收紡織纖維的可行性。所收集之回收纖維分為再生性及合成性纖維,合成性纖維有粗短保特纖維、砂纖、米粉纖及聚酯,再生性纖維有紙、棉絲線、紗棉、亞麻及木纖維。 研究的第一階段為分析廢棄纖維材料之重金屬含量檢測、材質檢測、熔點檢測、吸水率、機械性質、線徑長度等;第二階段則添加廢棄物纖維材料於水泥砂漿中,製成纖維混凝土,藉以改良混凝土的材料性能。由實驗結果了解到棉絲線水中分散情形均勻,在纖維外觀上接近水泥板顏色,吸水率檢測及機械性質檢測均有良好表現,拌合時可平均分散於纖維混凝土中,提高混凝土強度。在材齡期14天及28天的抗壓強度及抗彎強度與紙纖對照組相近,有時抗彎強度比紙纖對照組好。紙纖維易吸水並有老化問題,易造成產品尺寸差異問題,因此決定以棉絲線來進行中空水泥板之產品改質。

Asbestos was originally used to reinforce cement mortars in the manufacturing process of cement hollow panel. However, it has been prohibited to use by its being not environment friendly. In this research, various waste fibers of textile factory were used as additive in the manufacturing process of cement hollow panel in order to understand the possibility of quality modification for the recycled textile fibers. The textile fibers which we collected can be divided into two categories: (1) synthetic fiber, such as stubby PET fiber, grit fiber, cornflour like fiber, polyester; (2) renewable fiber such as paper, cotton thread, yarn fiber, flax, and wood fiber. The first stage of this research was the analysis of heavy metal content, material quality, melting point, water absorption level, mechanical property, and wire gauge length. The second stage was the addition of waste fiber to the cement mortar to make the fiber reinforced concrete in order to improve the material performance of concrete. The result of experiment showed that the dispersion of cotton thread in water was uniform, the color of the outlook of cotton thread was close to the color of cement panel, and the performance of water absorption level and the mechanical property was quite well. Furthermore, the cotton thread was uniformly dispersed to reinforce the concrete by well mixing. On the 14th day and the 28th day of the material age, the stress resistant ability and the bending resistant strength were similar to the control group of paper fiber, and sometimes the bending resistant strength was even better than the control group of paper fiber. Since the use of paper fiber as an additive to the concrete has the problem of variation in size by absorbing water easily and rotten thereafter, cotton thread was decided to use for the quality modification of cement hollow panel.
