光纖光源式都卜勒流速計的模組化與二維血液流速量測之研究

摘要


許多皮膚血管疾病的產生都與血液流速有密切的關係,而紅血球在血液中流動時並非單一方向的運動,因此採用二維陣列化的方式量測血液流速。本研究主要是利用二組光纖光源與二維光偵測器,將二道雷射光交會角度、透鏡焦距與光偵測器位置設計安裝於壓克力模組的矩形盒中,建構一套可量測二維血液流速之都卜勒流速計模組。 量測系統係利用內徑3mm的玻璃管模擬動物血管,在固定二道雷射光交會角度、血液溫度及稀釋血液濃度等變數下,以光纖光源式都卜勒流速計模組量測稀釋雞血的血液流速,並以LabVIEW設計二維血液流速訊號量測的介面,以利於觀測二維都卜勒流速計之時域波形及頻域頻譜的都卜勒頻率偏移量,推算血液流速。 實驗結果顯示二維光纖光源式都卜勒流速計已成功的模組化,模組中各組單維都卜勒流速計所量得稀釋血液流速的誤差值雖較光學桌上之雷射都卜勒流速計為大,但採用的紅外波長範圍較不易為皮膚吸收,適合探討皮膚血管的疾病。而採用二維方式設計光纖光源的都卜勒流速計模組量測稀釋血液流速,可了解在血管某截面上紅血球二維的流速情形,所得到的實驗結果,可作為發展小型面積化雷射都卜勒模組的基礎。

Many skin blood vessel diseases are caused because the flow of erythrocyte does not follow only a single direction. Thus, the measurement of blood velocity in two dimensions is necessary. In this research, two sets of optical fibers and a two-dimensional photodetector were used, and considered the cross angle of two steams of laser, lens focal length, and the location of the photodetector to put them into a rectangle box of acrylic module to create a measurable Doppler anemometry velocity module of blood velocity in two dimensions. Inside diameter of 3mm glass tube was used to simulate animal’s vessel. Under the variation of the cross angel of two fixed laser, blood temperature, and diluting blood concentration, with the software panel of measuring blood cell velocity designed by LabVIEW, to assist observing the Doppler frequency offset index under time domain and spectrum of Doppler anemometry, to be able to calculate blood velocity. The result showed that the modularization of Doppler anemometry with optical fibers is successful. Its infrared wave scope was difficult to be absorbed by skin which seems more suitable than the 3mm glass tube. To measure diluting blood cell velocity with the Doppler anemometry with optical fiber in two dimensions, this can be observed the velocity situation in two dimensions of erythrocyte on certain scarf on vessel.
