本研究旨在發展高職機械科學生輪系迷思概念二段式診斷測驗及探討高職機械科學生對輪系所存在之迷思概念。 本研究歷經命題敘述編寫、概念圖之繪製、開放式紙筆測驗施測及個別晤談,最後發展出輪系迷思概念二段式診斷測驗。該測驗之庫李信度值為74.31%,證實所發展的診斷工具具有良好的信度。之後,以輪系迷思概念二段式診斷測驗為研究工具,選取臺北市四所公立高職機械科三年級學生進行施測,瞭解高職機械科學生對輪系所存在之迷思概念。研究發現,高職機械科學生輪系概念迷思程度之分佈情形。 1.高迷思程度:輪系設計原則、斜齒輪周轉輪系計算、單式周轉輪系計算、蝸桿與蝸輪組計算、定心輪系與周轉輪系之計算、單式周轉輪系判別、回歸輪系判別。 2.中迷思程度:增速輪系判斷、中間輪功能、中間輪判別、回歸輪系轉速計算、皮帶輪輪系值判斷、回歸輪系齒數計算。 3.低迷思程度:複式定心輪系判別。 最後根據研究發現與結果,針對教師教學方面、課程教材方面及未來相關研究等三部分提出建議以供參考。
The present study aimed to develop the two-tier diagnostic instrument for the misconceptions in train of wheels among the students in the mechanical engineering department of vocational high schools. This thesis will at the same time investigates into the misconceptions in train of wheels among students. The two-tier diagnostic instrument was developed with identifying propositional knowledge statements, drawing of concept maps, administration of open-ended questionnaires, and individual interviews. The value of Kuder-Richardson reliability of the test was 0.7431, which indicated that the instrument was reliable. The participants of the present study were the senior students in the mechanical engineering department from the four vocational high schools in Taipei City. The two-tier diagnostic instrument was administered to the participants as the research instrument so as to figure out students’ misconceptions in train of wheels . The study demonstrates the distribution of the misconceptions in train of wheels among the students in the mechanical engineering department of vocational high schools as follows: 1.High degree of misconception: principles of train of wheels design, picyclic train of bevel gear calculation, simple epicyclic train calculation, worm and worm wheel calculation, fixed center train and epicyclic train calculation, simple epicyclic train discrimination, reverted gear train discrimination. 2.Medium degree of misconception:Increase speed discrimination, intermediate wheel function, intermediate wheel discrimination, reverted gear train calculation speed, train value of stepped pulley calculation, reverted gear train calculation teeth. 3.Low degree of misconception:compound fixed center train discrimination. Finally, according to the results and finding, the present study provided not only pedagogical implications for teachers and material and lesson designers but also suggestions for future research.
