供應商管理在供應商與買方於傳統敵對的關係,已漸漸的在相互依存的彼此合作關係下所取代,從供應商的觀點來探討合作之間在強化夥伴的關係。近年來,國內外的產業對於在供應商管理下供應廠商的選擇評估指標,做了不少相關的研究。在供應商選擇評估上指標之改變為研究方向,選取無線網卡生產製造電腦資訊業為研究對象進行調查。研究目的在於找出電腦資訊產業在無線網卡生產作業下所產 生的新供應商選擇評估指標。 本研究以 Dickson (1966) 所提出之 23 項供應商選擇評估指標為基礎,配合相關文獻資料後,彙整出適合企業環境之供應商選擇評估指標。並將這些指標整理成問卷進行調查。供應商為研究主體,並運用相關分析問卷之調查結果以層級分析法 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) 進行產業間對於供應商選擇指標之權重評估。 研究結果發現,所調查的產業最重視價格與品質能力。國內供應鏈環境下,高科技產業與傳統產業在供應商選擇指標的認定權重上並無明顯之差異。
The relationship between suppliers and buyers are used to be hostile, but now they have to depend on each other instead. So let’s discuss this partnership from the point of view of supplier side. In recent years, there are many worldwide industries have done many related researches regarding the guideline of how to choose the right supplier. They take the production of wireless lan card in information technology as the object of study in order to find the right guidelines of searching for right suppliers. The research will be done based on Dickson (1966) proposed 23 item of the selection guidelines of suppliers. With the related documents for reference, they came out with the guidelines suitable for industrial environment, then carry out the market survey as well as questionnaires. By taking supplier as the object of study and using the result of questionnaires, they did the assessment by following AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The research has got the result that no matter it is in high-end products under Information Technology or any products under traditional industries,The price and ability of quality control are the most important issues.
