應用灰關聯分析於改善供應商決策分析 -以筆記型電腦廠為例-

摘要


供應鏈管理的第一步就是選擇合適的合作伙伴,合適供應商的遴選,對供應鏈管理而言是最基礎、卻又十分重要的步驟。而建立評估績效的相關指標集合時,指標集合的內容應兼具完整性與周延性,績效評估的結果才較有全面性。不過,正因影響績效良窳的因素眾多,而往往因素間的關係並不明確,若將其全部投入績效評估的工作中,將造成資源的浪費。 本研究將從公司的供應商評核制度中,針對小樣本、樣本分配未明等之評核數據特性,利用整體性灰關聯分析方法發展一套檢討現有制度的改善模式,將彼此具有高關聯性的指標予以擷取為代表性影響因素,並利用關鍵性指標為供應商排序。模式不僅可了解因素間的關係、減少資源的浪費,並有助於評估結果的解釋。也就是試圖從過去歷史評核資料中得知一些訊息,進一步減少公司評核資源的付出,並提供決策者在決策時做為參考,達到在多變的供應鏈環境下持續改善的目的。 本研究實證國內某大筆記型電腦廠供應商評選制度,結果顯示研究提出之灰關聯分析模式,無論在評核指標縮減程度和關鍵代表性意義上,又或者對供應商績效能力的解釋上,都可以很正確的反應專家評核之結果。

The first step to put supply chain management into practice is to choose the suitable cooperation partners. The selection of appropriate vendors is most basic and important step in supply chain management. However, to establish the indicators of suppliers’ performance evaluation, we should make them complete and comprehensive, or the ranking of suppliers’ performance evaluation will not be effective. We know many factors will influence how effect the suppliers’ performance evaluation effectively, if we consider all the factors to the evaluation work, we will waste too much resources about suppliers’ performance evaluation. Consequently, this paper uses Grey Relation Analysis (GRA) to overcome limitation of small sample size and unknown distribution of samples. Group the high relational evaluation indicators and selecting representative indicators among them to develop a modification. Continuative, using the representative indicators evaluates the suppliers’ performance. The usefulness of this modification is not only telling the relation among indicators, but also reducing the resources and it helps to explain the result. Moreover, it provides the decision makers for reference when they make decisions. We also reach the purpose that the supplier management increasingly improves under the varied supply chain environments. This empirical research is about the suppliers’ performance evaluation in a certain notebook company. The result shows that this modification can response correctly the suppliers’ performance concerning less of indicators as well as the key represent meanings.
