運用層級分析法探討「遊戲玩家PC硬體購買決策之關鍵因素」

摘要


針對現在蓬勃發展的遊戲產業,探討遊戲玩家對硬體功能需求購買決策,並且數位遊戲已成現代人的重要娛樂,豐富消費者的生活。根據資策會MIC調查,台灣有愈來愈多網友具遊戲習慣,然消費習慣已不同過往,掌握電玩族群新樣貌,才能洞悉商機無限的新市場。 台灣有世界級主機板、電腦周邊硬體設計產業,這些公司因發現遊戲產業在全世界的蓬勃發展及洞悉此產業商機的新市場,均紛紛成立以「Gaming」趨向的「子品牌」或系列性針對遊戲玩家開發的產品,企業若能看準遊戲玩家對硬體功能需求的趨勢,結合台灣硬體產業優勢、設計人員的巧思及創意導入在相關硬體及周邊產品,並透過設計的行銷方式,將為整體營運及台灣經濟帶來更多發展可能性。 本研究從台灣PC硬體產業對遊戲產業的發展、市場動態及行銷開始逐步剖析,同時也分析全球目前遊戲產業發展、遊戲玩家對硬體要求的趨勢,應用層級程序分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP)評估出遊戲玩家對硬體功能需求的購買決策,整理並分析相關之學術論文及產業研究報告,針對146份問卷所進行的統計分析,最終整理得到整層級權重的優先順序。

Aiming at flourishing game industry, this study discusses gamers purchasing decision towards hardware function. In addition, digital games have become important entertainment for modern people to enrich their life. According to the surveys by Market Intelligence Center (MIC), more and more Internet users in Taiwan, already has habit of playing games, but consumption habits are different from past yet. Therefore, only by grasping the new habit of gamers can we thoroughly understand the new market with business potentials. In Taiwan, we have the world-class enterprises in the field of main board, and computer peripherals developments. These companies recognize the ever growing market of the gaming industry, and began to create Gaming focused sub-brands, developing products specially for the gaming enthusiast.We believe there is definitely a foreseen potential for the Taiwanese economics if such enterprises are able to follow this demand and market trend, while utilizing the manufacturing advantage, creativity in product development of computer hardware and peripheral, and thoughtful marketing strategy. The study analyzes the development of Taiwan PC hardware and game industry, market dynamics and marketing, and also the current tendency of global game industry and gamers’ demands for hardware, evaluates the purchasing decision of gamers on hardware function demands via Analytical Hierarchy Process, and sorts out and analyses related academic papers and industry research reports. According to statistical analysis on 146 questionnaires, to ensure we are able to obtain the correct priority behind the decision.
