本研究旨在探討職業進修學校學生學習滿意度。為達成研究目的,首先透過文獻的整理與分析,建立研究的整體架構;其次,根據文獻分析的結果,編製「國立台中高農進修學校學生學習滿意度問卷」為研究工具,並歸納研究結論提出建議。本研究採用問卷調查法,以國立台中高農進修學校96學年度一、二、三年級全體學生為母群體,受試者有716人,回收有效問卷715份,有效問卷回收率99.9%。本研究採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析,獲致下列結論: 一、 職業進修學校學生對「整體學習滿意度」的傾向情形高於「普通」。 二、 職業進修學校學生對於學習滿意度七個構面的滿意度,依序為:(一)學雜費收費;(二)人際關係;(三)行政服務;(四)教師教學;(五)學習成果;(六)學習環境;(七)課程教材。 三、職業進修學校學生對「整體學習滿意度」,因年級、年齡、就讀類別等三個背景因素的不同而有顯著差異。 四、職業進修學校學生對「整體學習滿意度」,因性別、入學管道、就讀原因、工讀情形、進路規劃、學雜費來源等六個背景因素的不同,其滿意度並無顯著差異。 依據以上結論,本研究提出下列建議: 一、 加強課程修訂,慎選教材,符合學生學習需求。 二、 寬列經費,改善學習環境,充實學校教學實習設備。 三、 調整學雜費收費,以減輕學生負擔。 四、 鼓勵教師在職進修,提升專業素養及輔導知能。 五、 加強對學生的認識與輔導,並做好生涯規劃。 六、 善用各種教材教法,以提升學生學習效果。
The main purpose of this study explores the learning satisfaction of vocational supplementary school students in senior high school. In order to achieve the research goal, it was necessary to first collect and analyze relevant literature, and establish an overall research framework. The next step was to develop a "national Taichung Agricultural supplementary school student learning satisfaction questionnaire" research tool in accordance with the results of the literature review, and finally to summarize the research results and submit recommendations. The study conducted a questionnaire survey, and took all first-, second-, and third-year students at national Taichung Agricultural supplementary school in 2007 as the parent sample. There were a total of 716 respondents, and 715 recovered questionnaires. The valid questionnaire recovery rate was 99.9%. The study employed descriptive statistics, the independent sample t-test, and ANOVA to perform analysis, and obtained the following conclusions: 1. The satisfaction of learning of the Vocational supplementary school students in senior high school is above average level. 2. Vocational supplementary school students' levels of satisfaction towards seven learning aspects were, in order: (1) collection of tuition and fees; (2) interpersonal relationships; (3) administrative services; (4) teachers' instruction; (5) learning results; (6) learning environment; and (7) course teaching equipments. 3. There were significant differences in vocational supplementary school students' "overall learning satisfaction" responses linked with the three background factors of year level, age, and type of study program. 4. There were no significant variations in vocational supplementary school students' "overall learning satisfaction" responses linked with the six background factors of gender, admission channel, reason for study, work-study status, career planning, and source of tuition and fees. In view of the foregoing conclusions, this study proposes the following recommendations: 1. Strengthen revision of courses and carefully select teaching materials in order to meet students' learning needs. 2. Appropriate increased funding for improvements in the learning environment and reinforcement of teaching and laboratory equipment. 3. Adjust tuition and fees so as to ease the financial burden on students. 4. Encourage teachers to receive in-service continuing education intended to enhance their professional qualifications and guidance skills. 5. Strengthen recognition of and guidance for students; provide effective career planning services. 6. Make optimal use of various teaching materials and methods in order to achieve better student learning.
