運用創新構思問題解決法(TRIZ)進行產品創新研發構思發想之研究

摘要


在資訊發達且市場多變,全球化競爭發展環境中。企業競爭優勢與環境,唯有掌控關鍵專利知識之技術,才不至於使企業需面臨代工製造(OEM)、代工設計製造(ODM)毛利下降;及利潤新低的壓力挑戰,這也讓我們意識到企業轉型時,以自我研發創新產品來主導全球產業潮流,也就是要引領產業;產品邁向創新力重要性。 本論文研究是以工業電腦為例,探究其創新產品研發過程中,所產出專利技術,如何能在產品企劃、概念發展階段,或在產品本身既有專利技術中,快速開發出概念性新產品並提升其質與量,並且達到創新產品目標。其方法運用TRIZ的37項參數演化趨勢,以工業電腦產品研發產出專利為蒐集對象,分析、歸納、解析其所在演化潛力雷達圖系統化參數階層,目前產品專利演化極限階段,定位出所要突破技術階層,作為下一步專利產出策略目標,進而洞察先機提前確認顧客需求。並能在短時間轉變成強而有力競爭優勢,同時利用產品研發的專利創新獨占,推陳出新引領出不同客戶層次所需。事先預見未來市場趨勢並佔領先機,達成共同化、差異化市場區隔策略模式,進而增加創新產品研發之產品獲利能力,並能吸引更多潛在需求客戶進入,所謂利基市場達成產品之高獲利價值,並達到以最少成本開發費用,發揮最大經濟效益。

In the developed information, the changeable market, the globalization competition development environment and the enterprise's competition advantage and environment, the only way to make enterprises avoid facing the gross profit of OEM and ODM drop is to control the technology of the essential patent knowledge. The new low profit pressure challenge also lets us realize as enterprises make the transition, they lead the global industry trend by self-researching and developing the innovative products to guide the industry. The products march toward the importance of innovation. This thesis takes the industry computers as an example, probing into its innovative products research and development process which delivers the patented technology. How can be at the products planning, concepts developing stages, or the self-products to develop the new conceptual products and improve its quality and quantity fast while already having a patented technology, and reach the goal of the innovative products? Its method uses 37 TRIZ Parameter evolution tendencies, regarding the industry computer products research and development that delivers the patent as the collection target to analyze, sum up, and explain its evolved potential radar map of systematized parameter stratum. Take the patent of the products evolved limit stage at present to orient the technological stratum broken through as the strategy goal of the next step patent delivering, and then insights the first chance and confirms customer's demand ahead of time. And that can change into a powerful competition advantage in a short time, utilize the patent of research and development of products to innovate and monopolize at the same time, weed out the old and bring forth the new and lead out different customer's level need. Predict future market trend and capture the leading base, and reach assimilation, the differentiation of Segmentation strategy patterns, and then increase the products earning capacity of innovative research and development of products, and can attract more potential demands customer to enter. So-called Niche Marketing will reach high profit-making value of products, and will reach at least cost development expenses to give the greatest economic benefits.
