本論文係研製一具差模變壓器之Twin-Bus LED車用頭燈,其前級主電路架構係採用一返馳式轉換器疊加輸入電源來達到雙輸出的特性,以提供Twin-Bus轉換器所需之兩組輸入電源。前級轉換器之控制核心係採用一具有臨界模式控制之積體電路來作為系統控制核心,以實現零電壓切換來降低功率損失,並同時回收漏感上之能量來用以供電此積體電路。而Twin-Bus轉換器不僅能使LED串列達到均流也能降低開關上之應力,其控制核心係採用場效邏輯閘陣列來做為系統控制的核心,以產生適當脈波調變訊號,來驅動LED使其電流峰值控制在額定值。除此之外,此系統控制核心亦可輸出調光訊號,一共分為五段調光。最後,藉由理論推導及實作來驗證所提架構之可行性及有效性。
In this thesis, a vehicle head light driver is proposed herein, which combines a Twin-Bus converter and differential-mode transformers. Since the Twin-Bus needs two fed voltages, a flyback converter, whose output voltage is connected in series with the input voltage, is used as a front-end stage. Also, a critical conduction mode (CRM) control integrated circuit (IC) is used to control the front-end stage so as to achieve zero voltage switching to decrease the power loss and recycling the leakage energy to power the IC. On the other hand, the Twin-Bus stage can achieve not only current sharing but also reducing the voltage stresses of switches, and at the same time the field programmable gate array (FPGA) is used to create an appropriate PWM signal to drive LEDs with currents in LEDs kept constant at the LED rated current. Moreover, the five-level dimming signal is also controlled by the FPGA. Finally, theoretical deductions and experimental results are provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed topology.
