This thesis mainly probe into the needs of learning to students of affiliated institute of continuing education and the level of satisfaction. Through the reality analysis constructs student’s needs of learning and the pointer of level of satisfaction. The researching target is the on job students of affiliated institute of continuing education. The study methods are mostly by questionnaire, then auxiliary by document analysis and talking with experts. In questionnaire part, I develop “the questionnaire in student’s needs of learning and level of satisfaction to the students of affiliated institute of continuing education” as the tool to collect data. The way of processing data mostly include numbers of distribution, number of average, standard deviation, analysis of variant …etc. The researching concrete objects are listed below: 1. To probe the containing in items of needs of learning to students of affiliated institute of continuing education 2. To probe and compare the situation of needs and satisfaction of learning to students of affiliated institute of continuing education 3. To probe the diffidence between the level of needs and satisfaction of learning to students of affiliated institute of continuing education
