社會網絡網站使用者採用意圖之研究

摘要


社會網絡網站是近年來新興的網際網路社交工具,目前全球有將近三分之二網路人口每天都利用該類型網站與朋友進行交流、溝通。雖然社會網絡網站的魅力在短短數年內席捲全球網際網路使用者,然而有關在國內外對於社會網絡網站使用者採用行為的研究卻並沒有進行全盤性的研究,因此本研究以國內最多人使用的社會網絡網站Facebook為研究標的進行研究,以計畫行為理論為基礎,針對目前國內網際網路使用者對社會網絡網站的認知與實際使用狀況加以探討。 本研究以社會網絡網站使用者為研究對象,探討影響採用社會網絡網站意圖之態度、主觀規範與認知行為控制對行為意圖的關聯性。本研究採用網路問卷調查,共計發放問卷達203份,並以結構方程模式來進行驗證。本研究以SPSS與AMOS統計進行分析,首先採用SPSS進行信度分析與因素分析,接著再利用AMOS進行驗證性因素分析與結構模型分析。 經實證結果顯示原假設模型與實際模型有良好的適配度,而在假設驗證上態度及認知行為控制對行為意圖皆有正面影響,但主觀規範對行為意圖則不呈現顯著相關。最後本研究依據建立之架構及實證結果,提出若干管理實務之意涵及後續研究之建議。

Social networking sites is a kind of Social Service on the internet that emerging in recent years, now a day, more then 66.7% active users worldwide interact with their friends through this type of website every day. While Social networking website has prevalent in past few years, there are not many comprehensive research on Social networking website users behavior. Therefore this research attempt to make a study of Facebook, which is the most used Social networking site by nationwide users. The research model is based on Theory of Planned Behavior to investigate the Cognition and actual usage of nationwide Social networking website users. The object of study is Facebook users, to investigate the relation among the attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived behavioral control that affect the intention of Facebook using and the behavior intention. We adopted the online questionnaire for this study. There are203 questionnaires in the research in total, and to test and confirm questionnaire by SEM,Structural Equation Modelling. We analyzes the result of the study by SPSS and AMOS. First, we compute the Reliability and conduct Factor Analysis by SPSS. Second, conduct Factor Analysis , and Structural Equation Modeling by AMOS The Results confirmed that theoretical model fitted the real model well. The result of the study reveals that there are positive relations among the attitude of users and perceived behavioral control, In addition, it also shows that there is no positive impact of the attitude of users on subjective Norm. Finally, on the framework what our built and according to the evident results, this study intends to propose several suggestions to meaning of management practice and further research.
