近年來因技職教育在「傳統觀念」、「學生因素」、「教學資源」及「產業變化」之當前環境情勢與挑戰下,所培育之學子有定位不清及能力不符職場需求的情況,且學校教育大多著重於「專業課程」的開設,對於「可帶著走的能力」鮮少著力。本研究旨在探討落實技職教育再造,以配合國家產業發展,培育具實作力、就業力及競爭力之優質人才,規劃改善師生教學環境,強化產學實務連結,聚焦於建構高職學生「職場核心能力」;針對北部某私立高職輪調式建教班之服務業相關科別學生,進行企業「回饋」行為,以審視學校內部的「資源」與「能力」,基於學校管理、顧客及產品價值鏈的分析,藉以發展出學校核心能力;運用策略管理找出學校關鍵成功因素(KSF),並在學校教育理念、制度及課程革新方面訂定出關鍵績效指標(KPI)作為控管,塑造差異化的經營模式,以營造學校永續經營之競爭優勢。
In recent years, due to the current environmental situation such as “traditional concepts”, “student factors”, “teaching resources”, and “industrial change” which resulted the technical and vocational education has been challenged, and also cultivated those students who have a location uncertain and who possess a skill does not match the situation of requirement in workplace, since the school provides the programs almost focus on “a professional course”, but not force on “an ability able to take away by students ”. This study intends to research a reform of the technical and vocational education, to coordinate the development of nation industry, and to educate those students who within a capacity of practice, employability and competence as a talented person. This paper also plans to improve the teaching environment of school with a reinforcement link between the industry and the scholarship, in order to constructed "Core Competence in workplace" for the students who study in the technical and vocational education school. In regard to the students who studied at one private vocational high school in northern area and who also working in service industry since they participate the class of technical and vocational each three months period alternately, therefore, for a reason of promotion the value chain, we look into the internal of school such as “resources” and “competencies” and to ongoing the enterprises “feedback” activities. In view of development for the core competence of school an anlysis based on the school management, customer and product value chain should be inspected. To creating a school sustainable competitive advantage, it is necessary to apply a strategic management that can find out the Key Success Factors (KSF) of school, moreover, under the idea of education, the system and curriculum innovation of school, for the reason of control and management, the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) should be established then that the mode of operation will meet a result of differentiation.
