台灣氣體偵測器產業之發展,基本上依循先國外代理進口,到國內自行研 發生產製造之發展模式。惟二十幾年前台灣電子工業技術尚未成熟,因此初期 以簡易電路組成之家用一氧化碳偵測器與瓦斯偵測警報器兩者為主。直至單晶 片技術發展成熟,才有儀表級氣體偵測器與分析儀之製造商。 現今企業無不面對激烈的各種競爭,台灣氣體偵測器業者亦不例外,即使 在國內市場仍需與國際產品競爭,可謂生存不易。而面對競爭,唯有提升企業 的競爭力,才能確保永續經營之目的。對製造業而言,產品競爭力是企業的競 爭力最重要的一環,而產品的競爭力來自於研發能力與效率,有好的研發能力 與效率才能及時推陳出新滿足市場需求。 本研究係以麥可•波特之企業價值鏈理論為基礎,以 A 公司為個案研究探 討之對象,透過其研發價值鏈快速找到問題癥結點探尋檢討茲可改進之處,並 運用知識管理平台輔助提升研發效率進行導入前後之比較。
Development of Taiwan gas detector industry, in essence originally relied on the foreign import agencies, derivative by oneself development production development mode of the manufacturing. However more than 20 years ago Taiwanese electronics industrial technique still immaturity, therefore initial period by simple electric circuit composition carbon monoxide detection and gas detection alarm both primarily for home security alarm. Until the microchips technology development is mature, just has the gas measurement instruments and the gas analyzer manufacturers. Nowadays all enterprise facing intense each kind of competition, gas detector industry in Taiwan is no exception, even if still need to compete with international product in the domestic market, it is not easy to earn a livelihood. However face the competition, only enhances the competitiveness of enterprises, just can ensure the purpose of sustainable management. For manufacturing industry, the product competitiveness is the competitiveness of enterprises most important part, the competitiveness of products from the R & D capability and efficiency, R & D capability and efficiency to the timely introduction of new products to meet market demand. The study is based on Michael Porter's value chain theory, take a company in the gas detection industry object of as the case research discussion, through its R & D value chain to quickly find the root of the problem points to explore the review to be improved, and the use of knowledge management platform to improve R&D efficiency of import to compare before and after.
