燃料電池具有高效率、低污染的特性,在目前商用的燃料電池種類中,特別以固態氧化物燃料電池(SOFC)的最高,本論文研究利用陽極支撐型的固態氧化物燃料電池元件,電池尺寸為106mm ×106mm ×0.72mm,以電池作為封裝量測基材,再利用不鏽鋼材料(150mm ×150mm ×30mm)作為陽極和陰極的金屬雙極連接板(Interconnect)。 固態氧化物燃料電池單元電池堆由陽極─電解質─陰極(positive electrode negative electrode, PEN)所組成,再加上集電層(鎳網,current connecter),擴張網(鎳合金,Nickel frame)利用金屬導電膠接合後,以不鏽鋼材料(SUS430)作為雙極流場板以陶瓷密封膠(ceramic seals)封裝後,放置電器爐內加熱,並同時在陽極端及陰極端分別通入氫氣(H2)及空氣(Air),利用測量平台量測電壓、電流及功率密度的極化曲線(I-V curves)經過加溫到500℃、550℃、600℃並持溫50小時後功率密度分別為107mW/cm2,193 mW/cm2及307 mW/cm2。
The solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) has the highest efficiency and the most compatibility among the various fuel cells. This project used anode support solid oxide fuel cells, utilized ceramic as the anode, electrolyte and cathode.(call a positive electrode, electrolyte-negative electrode, PEN) Each unit planar cell consists basically of a PEN, assembly, interconnector, porous nickel and ceramic seals. In this study used big-size(106mm ×106mm ×0.72mm) planar anode support PEN, and used the fuel gas(H2+3% H2O), cathode used air, when measuring the maximum power densities~107 mW/cm2 at 500℃,and ~193mW/ cm2 at 550℃,and ~307mW/ cm2 at 600℃. the voltage-current density polarization curves (PC) show a reasonable value.
