利用紫外波長LED激發量子點塗層以產生白光之相關研究

摘要


本論文以CdSeS/ZnS量子點做為發光二極體中的螢光介質,並用400nm的紫外光LED激發以製造白光光源。實驗主要分成多層量子點膠與混合量子點單層膠兩部分。多層實驗中將量子點與X膠配製成量子點膠後,塗布在紫外光LED上,利用分層塗布的方法,總共塗布七層量子點膠,由下而上的量子點膠塗層的發光波長分別為575 nm一層、540 nm一層、630 nm三層與450 nm兩層。在10 V、500 mA的條件下,得到一CIE色座標為(0.3891, 0.3847)、演色性為68.44、色溫3832.78 K的暖白光光源。 混合實驗中將上述四種不同波長的量子點與X膠配製成量子點膠後,再塗布於紫外光LED上。在同樣的測量條件下,得到一CIE色座標為(0.3923, 0.3871)、CRI 61.55、色溫3773.86 K的暖白光光源。 這些結果顯示,本研究成功的開發出多層量子點膠與混合量子點單層膠之白光LED。

QDs white light emitting diodes was produced by coated QDs polymer on the ultraviolet LED. At first, we used stratified structure method. Each layer emitted one wavelength. There were four kinds of QDs, and coated seven QDs-polymer layers. The result of this QDs WLED showed a warm white light with CIE-1931 coordinates of (0.3891, 0.3847), a CRI of 68.44, and a Tc of 3832.78K at an input voltage 10 V and current 500 mA. The second, we mixed four kinds of QDs-polymer together, and coated one layer on the ultraviolet LED. Under the same measurement conditions, showed a warm white light with CIE-1931 coordinates of (0.3923, 0.3871), a CRI of 61.55, and a Tc of 3773.86 K. The study show that QDs WLED were successfully produced two similar results by seven QDs-polymer layers and one mixed layers methods.
