虛擬關係之研究:以部落格為例

摘要


由真實世界的實體關係延伸到網路世界的虛擬關係,人們間的溝通改變了傳統的互動模式,以網路為媒介所發展出的虛擬社群,成了人們關係建立與互動的新場域。隨著部落格興起,許多人透過部落格產生互動、溝通交流,進一步建立虛擬關係。本研究目的主要探討虛擬關係,透過部落客背景資料與使用行為,檢驗部落格團體動力與虛擬關係的相關性。 為達到上述研究目的,本研究藉網路問卷調查法,採非機率抽樣方式進行收集資料,實際回收問卷為323份問卷,有效問卷為272份。所得資料採用SPSS統計分析軟體以平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析。得到以下研究結論: 一、部落格背景資料最容易影響團體動力分別為年齡與學歷;最容易影響虛擬關係為性別。女生比男生在虛擬關係表現比較顯著。 二、部落格使用行為最容易影響團體動力為每天瀏覽他人部落格的時間;最容易影響虛擬關係分別為使用的部落格平台、建置部落格的時間與管理部落格的時間。每天管理部落格的部落客,在虛擬關係的表現比較顯著。 三、部落客的團體動力表現越顯著,其虛擬關係的表現也會越顯著。 經由研究結果得知,部落客藉由文章撰寫、留言回應,互相支持相同看法與論點,形成團體力量,凝聚團體情感,遵守團體規範,產生更多溝通、互動與交流,拉近彼此距離,形成人際吸引與自我認同、達到虛擬關係的建立、擴展與維繫。

The communication among human beings, from the actual relationship in the real world stretching out to the virtual one on the web, has greatly altered the long-accepted mode of interaction and has bred an on-line virtual community which has transformed into a brand-new domain for human network. With the rise of blogs, a new medium for human network is fully presented. A great number of people interact, dialogize, socialize with on-line company through blogs to establish virtual relationship. The purpose of the study lays the emphasis on virtual relationship by deeply discussing blogs; with the background of bloggers, the possible blog-using behavior, the study carefully looks into the relatedness between group dynamics and virtual relationship. With a view to perfectly reaching to an ultimate conclusion, random online-questionnaire is adopted as the way to collect effective database. 323 questionnaires are obtained, and 272 out of 323 are effective. Averages, standard deviation, t-test, single-factor variable from SPSS, and some typical statistic models are both adopted as well to come up with the following guidelines: 1.The age and degree from the background of blogs influence the group dynamics the most; one’s gender influences the virtual relationship the most; in virtual relationship, male is much more highlighted than female. 2.Daily time to log on to blogs from bloggers’ behavior influence the group dynamics the most; blogs’ total make-up, time of establishment, and efforts of managing the blogs influence the virtual relationship the most; by aforementioned points, bloggers who put efforts into the blogs everyday earn more when it comes to virtual relationship. 3.The better the group dynamics are, the better the virtual relationship will be. The study points out that bloggers, through composing and sharing online-articles, posting feedback and response, concurring with opinions and thoughts from other bloggers to form on-line communities, condense the group relationship, gradually come up with group guidelines, effectively interact with others, attract and recognize others further, and attribute group strength, ultimately reaching the steady development and continuance of virtual relationship.
