基因演算法在精密定位平台上之研究與應用

摘要


本研究應用基因演算法對任意曲線插值法做最佳化,希望可以應用基因演算法的原理與運作方式,經過基因複製、交配與突變等程序搜尋劃分曲線的最佳化,期望任意曲線插值法在曲線的劃分可以得到最佳值並縮短資料庫建立的時間,另外本研究亦針對資料庫的資料容量縮減做為探討的重點之一,我們可以發現資料庫容量縮少之後,讓電腦執行程式運作上更加平順,再搭配三種運動速度規畫應用在次微米X-Y平臺上,最後我們發現平臺定位誤差仍在M511-DD次微米平台的誤差標準內。 本研究使用PI公司所生產之C-843運動控制卡及M511型之X-Y-Z平臺,結合AutoCAD內建之VBA語言撰寫介面,讓使用者可在AutoCAD上繪製加工圖形。當圖形設計完成後,經由AutoCAD之VBA及PI之C843運動控制卡來完成具有速度及加速度限制之精密定位。本篇研究均在MATLAB軟體下模擬,與實驗室提供之次微米精度PI X-Y-Z平臺得到驗證。

This purpose of this research is using the Genetic Algorithm for optimization to the free curve interpolation,By adopting the principle and operation procedure of the genetic algorithms for optimization,and through the process of reproduction、crossover and mutation of genes. We expect free curve interpolator may obtain the best value in the curve division and reduce the time of the data base establishment,and this research probe into the curtailment of the Data Library,and we use the velocity profiles to plan the motion for in the precision X-Y platform,finally we find the average position error meet with the requirements of the M511-DD platform . This research uses the motion control card of the C-843 and X-Y-Z platform of M511-DD and use VBA language in AutoCAD to compose , Let the user to draw up the processing graph on AutoCAD. After the graph design, we can complete the précise localization with the speed and the acceleration limit by AutoCAD of VBA and the C-843 control card of PI company. The theoretical simulation is first completed by using Matlab and then the result is proven by the experimental work by using the PI X-Y-Z platform.
