工業廠商競爭優勢之研究-以M無塵室工程公司為例

摘要


在全球激烈的競爭環境下,基於成本考量,大陸市場儼然對台灣企業產生強烈的磁吸效應。因此,本研究針對台商赴大陸投資時,面對一個新環境所必須面臨之不確定的狀況,以及在快速變動的環境下,企業如何掌握並適應整體競爭環境,擁有競爭優勢,提出探討,祈能對台灣企業有所助益。 以無塵室工程承攬案為例,應對環境周遭的整體競爭環境做仔細的剖析,才能針對目標市場展開系列的工程承攬活動,發現並把握工程承攬的機會,且可以避開各種工程承攬的風險與威脅。 另外,卓越的企業應該要調整競爭策略,提昇競爭優勢,不要盲目追求「市場佔有率」,要重視的是「顧客價值佔有率」。企業最大的挑戰不是在創造滿意的顧客,因為每個競爭者都可以做到這一點;企業所做的每一個決策,所花的每一分錢,都應該是如何創造忠誠的顧客、並設法留住忠誠的顧客、提高顧客的終身價值,以及爭取新顧客上門。 除此之外,有效的經營管理、組織學習與策略績效評估,勢將成為企業未來延續與發展的重心。企業在生產管理、財務管理、人事管理、工程承攬管理以及 資訊管理上,若能研擬良好的方法與策略,對企業競爭優勢、效率提昇將會有所幫助,更能協助企業達成目標。

Under the keen competitive environment of the whole world, based on the consideration of cost, the mainland China market produces the intense magnetism to the Taiwan enterprise. Therefore, this research discusses the problem of the mainland investment, in view of the Taiwanese businessman. When facing the indefinite condition in a new and shift changing environment, the enterprise has to grasp and adapt the whole competitive environment, as well as to have the competitive advantage. It is hoped that this research will be beneficial to the Taiwan enterprise. As for the example of the contracts of the clean room project, a careful analysis of the whole environment is necessary. The analysis will help to discover and launch the contracts of the project. Also it may avoid the risk and the threat of each kind of project contracts. Moreover, the remarkable enterprise should adjust the competitive strategy, and promote the competitive advantage. It is very important to understand that the "the customer value share" is more significant than "the market share". The biggest challenge for the enterprise is not to seek the satisfaction of the customer. It is because that each competitor may achieve that goal easily. Therefore, in order to possess loyal customer and to increase the customer's lifelong value, as well as to attract the new customers, the enterprise has to be very careful with its decision making and money spending. In addition, the effective management, organization learning and the strategy of performance evaluation will become the main goal of the development of the enterprise in the future. For the enterprise, the good method and the strategy are crucial to the production management, the financial control, the personnel management, the project contracts in the management as well as the information management, which will help the enterprise to own the competitive advantage and to achieve the goal.
