摘要

電子廠房建置空調系統專案分析，主要運用專案管理的知識體系導入制度管理面，以提升公司對工程專案的管理水平。如何將過去長時間所累積經驗予以書面化、制度化。藉由SWOT分析，和五力競爭分析的方法獲得企業對外部環境機會，避開競爭者威脅，以期能為組織找到最佳之生存利基。建立專案工程人員最有效益管理方法與觀念，以及加強對空調系統設備管理瞭解程度。一定也要比一般大公司來的嚴苛。有效率的發揮專案管理管理績效，將專案執行程序與方法書面化。如預期的達成需求目標。
綜合各界說法整理彙集相關文獻，建立企業導入專案管理流程方法及運用，希望企業在有規則的管理流程中，經由專家深入訪談論述來整合資料，以及把企業管理面和實際面整合運用在本研究上，分析企業管理障礙和問題，找出問題並歸納影響企業管理不當因素，提出影響企業管理因素，規劃整合性，將關係未來中小型工程公司工程專案管理能力與永續發展。

Project analysist of the construction of air condition system in electronics plants mainly uses the knowledge system of project management to introduce system management, in order to raise the company managerial level on projects. How to document and to institutionalize the long cumulative experiences in the past? Acquire external environmental opportunities for the company with SWOT Analysis and the Five Competitive Forces Analysis, therefore avoid the threats from the competitors, in expectations of finding the best surviving foundation for the organization. Etablish the most effective management methods and concepts for project engineers, and reinforce the understanding of the air condition system facilities, with more toughness than any regular large-size companies, in order to effectively elaborate managerial performance of project management. Documentation of project execution procedures will achieve objectives demanded in expectation.
Combine all statements and coordinate relevant references, and introduce project management methods and operation to companies, hoping that the company, through in depth interview and discussion by the experts, will integrate information in a well-regulated manament procedures. Then to apply integration of management and reality to this study, and to analyze managerial hurdles and problems of the company. Discover the problems and induce factors that causes improper management of th company, address the factors that have influences on company management and integrated planning, all of which will be related to project management capabilities and sustainable development of the future mid and small engineering companies.
