空調之施工品質研究-以量販購物中心為例

摘要


量販購物中心提供給民眾明亮方便與乾淨的購物環境,為了維持購物環境的舒適與室內空氣品質,店內的空調扮演了相當重要的部分;同時維持空調運作所需要的電費也接近了店內電費總支出的一半,因此在施工的階段的品質控管就顯得非常重要。 通常量販購物中心的空調必須等候建築物外週區主體結構完成後才能開始施作,又必須於內部裝潢進場前完成,所以在設備進場與進度掌握都受制於其他承商的進度,提升了現場管理上的難度。本研究的目的將依據現有量販購物中心的空調的缺失,利用特性要因圖將過去不斷重複發生的缺失可以有系統的歸納、分類與整理,使用失效模式與效應分析表可以指出哪一個空調設備對量販店空調有重大影響或者是不容許發生故障的模式,對於風險優先指數比較高的空調設備,應檢討設備本身的可靠度,盡可能選用故障率低設備,同時對於重要的設備故障問題,增加感測裝置,使系統失效的時間降低,將FMEA的結果反應到作業步驟,可靠度提升規畫、設備測試計畫,使量販店的空調系統運作順暢以獲得客戶的信賴。

Shopping mall provides a nice place for customer Shopping goods. Air conditioning is an important key point for indoor air quality and comfortable environments. The electricity cost of Air conditioning is the half of shopping mall operation cost. The HVAC installation quality control is very important for shopping mall. HVAC installation will begin after Shopping mall structure was finished and accomplished before decorate jobs starts. The HVAC installation job site schedule was controlled by others contractors. This study will focus on HVAC system problems of existing shopping mall. We will induction, classification and reorganization all HVAC problems by Cause-and-effect diagram, (ECD). We can point it out which problem has heavy impact to HVAC system or which single equipment failure is not allow by FMEA table. High reliability equipment is needed for high Risk Priority number form FEMA table. More sensor for control system in order to reduce system down time. The working procedure、reliability plan and system start up progress has been modified by the result by FMEA table. We hope our HVAC system can be trust by shopping owner.
