潛盾鑽掘工法在都會區施作捷運及地下鐵等工程已為先進國家所普遍採 用,該工法係利用潛盾機於兩車站間地下鑽掘,並配合地盤改良等輔助工法,以 及密集的監測控制系統,來達到有效控制地表沉陷及保護上方之建物。其主要面 對的對象為土壤與地下水的挑戰,因此,除了選擇適當潛盾機應對外,在掘進過 程中的管理更是隧道成功與否的關鍵。本文係依臺北捷運新莊線CK236 標潛盾 隧道施工作業為對象,探討潛盾施工作業管理過程中幾個重要因素: 1. 地盤改良成效與契約要求的合理性。 2. 潛盾掘進管理過程中,說明隧道、地盤及建物保護灌漿作業設計與施工 中調整情形與結果。 3. 隧道線形規劃設計與執行差異處,淨空分析的案例研討與異型環片於鑽 掘過程中的使用介紹。 4. 利用安全監測系統,分析當潛盾機穿越建物與瑠公圳下方和不同地質狀 況時,所顯示地表與結構物等的沉陷狀況。 5. 連絡通道設置情形介紹與減作連絡通道說明。 6. 當到達段無法破鏡時,潛盾機到達嵌入連續壁的介紹與過程說明。 本研究所建構潛盾施工與設計差異、安全監測結果與配置建議等各項探討, 可適用於臺北都會區潛盾工法施工分析,與回饋設計單位對於地盤改良設計及潛 盾掘進中之建物保護灌漿方式與到達方式之選擇。
The shield tunneling method is already popularly usage for the MRT and subway system in the advanced countries. For the purpose of the settlement control and building protection, it is coordinated by the ground treatment and crowded instrumentation system during the drilling work by the TBM. The bored tunneling is challenged by the soil condition and underground water table. Therefore, the selection of the TBM and the construction management becomes the successful key points for the shield tunneling work. This article aims with the shield tunneling work of the Xinzhuang line CK236 project of Taipei MRT system and also discusses several important attributes in the shield tunneling management: 1.The result of the ground treatment and rationality of the contract requirement. 2.The explanation of the design, adjustment and result for the tunneling, building protection and ground treatment works during the shield tunneling management. 3.The case discussion of the alignment planning, execution differences and clearance analysis. The introduction of the tapered segments during the bored tunneling. 4.The demonstration of the ground surface and construction settlement by the instrumentation system during TBM passes through the existing building and Liugong River in the different soil conditions. 5.The introduction and explanation for the settlement and reduction of the cross passage. 6.The procedure introduction and declaration for the TBM arrival situation in the manner of skin left. This research describes the construction of the shield tunneling, design difference and the layout and resultant of the instrumentation system which should be suitable for the construction analysis of the shield tunneling in the Taipei MRT system and the design and method selection of the ground treatment, building protection and arrival grouting for the detail design company.
