摘 要 論文名稱:河溪生態工法安全評估之研究 頁數:140 校所別:國立台北科技大學環境規劃與管理研究所 畢業時間:九十四學年度第二學期 學位:碩士 研究生:梁浩華 指導教授:林鎮洋老師 關鍵詞:河溪生態工法、河相學、安全評估 近年來國內的河溪整治工程大多採用生態工法,因此河溪整治工程的安全評估,儼然成為一項研究重點。經本研究分析歸納結果顯示河溪整治工程的安全性除考量工程設施的設計強度外,並需考量水利構造物施設的適當性、原始河相與河性及後續維護管理措施等三大層面。本研究研提「河溪生態工法安全評估表 」作為工法安全定性評估的工具,並經使用於「基隆河整體治理計畫」(前期計畫)主、支流相關工程案例分析評估結果,證明該評估表格確屬簡單可行,該評估表格可作為工程完工後水利構造物安全檢查之用,亦可作為後續研究之參考。

However, safety of ecological engineering methods have become a critical issue in addition to ecological restoration.This study has developed a gualitative evaluation method for assessing safety of various ecological engineering methods and an evaluation form is provided. The safety evaluation is composed of three major aspects in addition to the strength of the structure itself, they are the adequacy of the hydraulic structure, the compliance of the original river morphology, and the sequential maintenance management. The Kee-Lung River improvement project is used as a case study, in which various of ecological engineering methods were employed. The safety evaluation form developed in this study is proved to be a useful tool for evaluation stream ecological engineering methods, and it can be used for safety evaluation of existing hydraulic structures.
