本論文所提出兩段式定電流輸出之功率因數修正器,操作在連續導通模式下,以平均電流模式控制,使電源端之輸入電流相位與輸入電壓相位同相進而達到功率因數修正之功能。 此電路架構分兩段切換狀態,第一段0.5安培定電流輸出與第二段0.2安培定電流輸出,切換之時間點為當負載累積電壓值大於設定電壓上限值時,則切換至第二段小電流輸出;當累積電壓值小於設定電壓下限值時,則再由第一段大電流輸出。最後並以實例驗證,證明本文所提之電路與架構確實能有效提高功率因數且定電流輸出。
This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a boost power factor corrector for two-stage constant output current, while using average current mode control and operating in continuous conduction mode. The input voltage and the input current are made inphase to increase power factor. There are two stages in the used boost power factor corrector, including the first stage for 0.5A constant output and the second stage for 0.2A constant current output current. As the output voltage reaches the upper limit, the circuit will be switched from the first stage to the second stage. Also, the output voltage reaching the lower limit, it will be switched from the second stage to the first stage. Experimental results show good conformation with the theoretical data.
