本論文主要研製具有功率因數修正功能之可選擇兩段式充電器,擁有定電流/定電流(CC)與定電流/定電壓(CV)兩種充電模式。使用UC3854 IC為此升壓型轉換器之控制器,實現平均電流模式之功因控制,並使轉換器能以CC/CC及CC/CV輸出,以為所需之用。 除了主電路及控制電路之外,需要外加一切換電路,以實現兩段式充電模式。在CC/CC模式下,該切換電路需設定輸出端負載電壓之上限與下限值,當輸出電壓達到所設定的數值,則將大電流切換至小電流輸出;在CC/CV模式,該切換電路亦設定負載電壓之上下限,若達到設定數值,則將定電流輸出模式切換成定電壓輸出。 最後,製作實際電路,實現與驗證所提架構、控制方式以及功能。
This thesis is mainly a research of a two-stage charger with power factor correction, including CC-CC and CC-CV charging modes. In order to realize the average current mode, the UC3854 IC is used as the PWM controller of boost power factor corrector. In addition, it will enable the converter to have constant current or constant voltage output for the need of the load. There is a need of the circuit used to switch between CC-CC mode and CC-CV mode to realize the two-stage charger. A maximum threshold and a minimum threshold must be set in the switch circuit. When output voltage reaches the set values, CC output mode will be changed to perform CV mode. Finally, the implementation confirms the theoretical analysis.
