丙酮-甲醇-水之連續式萃取蒸餾塔視窗程式設計

摘要


萃取蒸餾是蒸餾過程中藉由加入萃取劑提高混合物相對揮發度,達到可以利用蒸餾分離混合物。然而,利用真實蒸餾塔進行操作訓練是非常不合經濟效益的,解決問題最好的方法就是使用電腦模擬程式。本研究希望利用個人電腦模擬一座分離丙酮-甲醇,以水做夾帶劑之萃取蒸餾塔,期望模擬出連續式萃取蒸餾塔的動態應答與多環路控制系統的情況以提供學習使用。   程式的建構首先是將萃取蒸餾塔中各個板層及不同操作單元分別列出其質量、能量與NRTL平衡方程式,建立成各個副程式模組,使用Visual Basic 2005 製作視窗介面,將萃取蒸餾塔及時動態視窗模擬的程式碼與圖形介面作結合,加上多環路控制系統,用來學習多環路控制系統對連續式萃取蒸餾塔控制的影響。並設計人性化視窗介面讓使用者更容易藉由程式學習萃取蒸餾塔操作。   從模擬結果得知,模擬程式的動態應答相當合理,足以提供了解多環路控制系統及蒸餾塔控制器調諧的應用。

Entrainer was added to a distillation column to increase the relative volatility of mixtures, and then the mixtures can be separated by normal distillation. However, using a real distillation column for training is not beneficial to economics. Therefore, the best solution for the problem is to use the computer simulator. This research developed a windows simulation program of extract distillation column which water used as the entertainer to separate acetone and methanol. It is expected that the simulator can provided the learning use.   This research is to develop program with solving the mass balance, energy balance and phase equilibrium equations of the different operation units and then construct them to be a series of subroutine models. Visual Basic was used to develop the operating interface.   By virtue of this simulation results, the dynamic response is reasonable. User can easier to study how to tune the multiloop control system of extractive distillation column.
