應用TRIZ方法提昇家庭用即熱式燃氣熱水器熱效率

摘要


近年來由於油價高漲,能源變的更重要,尤其對於能源幾乎全數仰賴進口的我國而言更是重要。雖然熱水器有很多種,包括太陽能熱水器、電熱水器、燃氣熱水器等;但因燃氣熱水器為國人目前使用最多的一種熱水器,其使用天燃氣(NG)或液化石油氣(LPG)作為燃料,冷水透過熱交換器吸收熱量變成熱水供洗澡之用,瓦斯年使用量約為156萬公秉油當量。因此本研究致力於提昇熱水器熱效率來提昇能源使用率,達到節約能源的目的,乃針對家庭用即熱式燃氣熱水器進行熱效率改良研究,力求在不變更燃氣熱水器之主體結構下,運用TRIZ方法對熱水器之熱交換器進行改良設計。結果將熱水器之熱水出水管再熱,並將再熱管截面積由圓形作成橢圓形,外面再加上鰭片增加吸熱面積,經實驗證明不僅提昇燃氣熱水器熱效率,並能兼顧燃燒廢氣一氧化碳值。

Due to oil price rises these years, the energy become more important in the world, especially in Taiwan the energy almost import.Although there are many kinds of water heater including solar water heater, electric water heater and gas water heater. The gas water heater is the first choice in our country. It burns the NG or LPG to absorb the heat to supply hot water for bath by heat exchanger. It takes also 156 kiloliter oil a year in Taiwan. Hence, we apply to improve the thermal efficiency of gas water heater, and it would raise the energy utility to the purpose of saving energy. This research will focus improving the thermal efficiency of domestic instant gas water heater, and try not to change the main structure of gas water heater by TRIZ. The solution is reheating the outlet hot water tube, and changing the form of reheat tube from round to oval shape and adding fin to increase heat absorbing areas. It is verified that it is not only improving the thermal efficiency but also remaining the exhaust CO still low.
