三鐵共站台北總站轉乘動線之研究

摘要


民國96年高速鐵路通車,台北車站形成台鐵、高鐵、捷運的三鐵共站。是全台灣三鐵共站中的車站,以舊有車站重新規劃的車站,其硬體環境受到舊有建築結構的限制。台北車站地下三樓是台鐵台北車站銜接捷運台北車站的樓層,高鐵通車後,該處成為台北車站三鐵轉乘最快速的地點。 觀察後發現,地下三樓轉乘空間因轉乘的便利,大量轉乘人潮造成的擁擠情形,與空間中的動線、設施、進出閘口有直接的關聯性,使部分區域有密集的旅客來往,嚴重時甚至會堵塞阻礙進出閘口的通行空間。 本研究旨在分析台北車站轉乘空間的轉乘過程,阻礙干擾的情形如何形成,透過觀察了解產生的因素後,進行空間配置的檢討,最後研擬適當的改善建議,提出台北車站轉乘空間整體規劃之參考。 研究發現,為了達到降低轉乘過程的動線阻礙干擾情形,硬體設施應配合場站變化進行數量與配置位置的調整,並改善空間中部分區域旅客密集的問題,同時應包含完整的指標系統、明顯的列車資訊,才能為三鐵之間的轉乘空間提供快速、安全、明確的轉乘路徑,降低轉乘過程可能產生的問題。

Taiwan High Speed Rail had its business started in 2007, and Taipei Railroad Station became a co-station of Taiwan Railway, Taiwan High Speed Rail and Taipei Rapid Transit system. It is a station that is re-planned from old station among all the stations of three-rail-co-stations around Taiwan. Its hardware environment is limited by the old architectural structure. The B3 (basement 3rd floor) of Taipei Railroad Station is a floor for Taipei Station of Taiwan Railway to be connected Taipei Station of Taipei Rapid Transit system; moreover, after the business launching of Taiwan High Speed Rail, that site had become the fastest location for the three-rails transfer transportation of Taipei Railroad Station. After an observation, it was found that the crowdedness of B3 floor of transfer-transportation space, caused by convenience in transfer-transportation and massive transfer-transportation people, is highly related to the mobile line in the space, facility and the entrance and exit gates. Therefore, some of the areas are loaded with dense passengers traveling, in some serious cases, the traveling space of the entrance and exit gates can even be blocked. The main objectives of this study are to analyze the transfer-transportation process of transfer-transportation space of Taipei Railroad Station and how the interference and hindrance factors are formed, after the causes are understood after observation, space allocation is then reviewed, finally, appropriate improvement suggestions are made to be used as reference for the entire planning of the transfer-transportation space of Taipei Railroad Station. It was found from the research that in order to reduce the hindrance and interference in the mobile line of transfer-transportation process, the hardware facility should be adjusted in terms of quantity and allocation location in accordance with the change of site in the Railroad Station; moreover, the issue of dense population of passenger in the some of the areas in the space should be improved. In the meantime, the improvements should include the setup of complete pointer system, obvious train information so as to provide fast, safe and accurate transfer-transportation path for the three-rail-transfer-transportation space and to reduce the possible issues generated during the transfer-transportation process.
