可控前置時間下探討供應商在不同策略下之供應鏈整合存貨系統

摘要


供應商管理存貨(Vendor Managed Inventory:VMI)透過供應鏈成員間的訊息共享以及供應鏈整合,經由買賣雙方的小批量運送、縮短前置時間與降低存貨水準,使其有效提升企業整體競爭力與利潤。因此,買賣雙方必須制定適當的合作策略使總成本最佳化。 在資訊共享與供應鏈整合的同時,通常都在尋求供應鏈中的最小成本,由於買賣雙方是處於合作關係,其中買賣雙方各別的成本也是供應鏈成員中所關心的重點,在買賣雙方聯合的最小成本同時,若雙方願意負擔部份費用,便會使得合作意願增加。 本研究建立了在可控前置時間下供應商主導的Stackelberg賽局模型以及買賣雙方共同決定交貨次數、訂購批量以及前置時間之Nash協商模型探討其總成本差異。最後,運用一種基於滿意度的不對稱Nash協商模型,分別探討運輸與趕工之費用分攤,並分析此兩種費用分攤與總成本間之關係,而後利用談判能力與滿意度的關係來制訂買賣雙方最佳費用分攤比例。

Vendor managed inventory is through the information sharing of the supply chain members and the integration of supply chain systems. Effectively raise enterprise's whole competitiveness and profit. The vendor and the buyer must cooperate to develop appropriate strategies to optimize the total cost. This research is to develop the under controllable lead time in a supplier-led Stackelberg model and the vendor and the buyer together decided the number of deliveries, the deliveries quantity and the lead time model. Final, propose a satisfaction based on asymmetric Nash negotiation model, investigate transport and crashing of the cost-sharing and analysis of these two cost-sharing and the relationship between the total cost, use of bargaining power and satisfaction to develop the relationship between the proportion of vendor and buyer the best cost-sharing.
