以價值鏈的觀點探討學生升學關鍵因素-以A高職為例

摘要


在台灣之技職教育體系原本是來配合產業的需求而設立,因此在技職教育上必須重視與產業發展的結合,在現今產業結構的快速變遷已是造成技職教育的最大衝擊,技職學校學生伴隨經濟成長急速增加,適時提供了經濟發展所需的人力,是台灣得以轉型至工業社會,促進經濟發展成功的主因之一。 而近年來技職學校招生狀況已面臨瓶頸,在少子化之影響部份高職專校招生不易,有許多的私立學校招生不足,甚至嚴重到招不到學生的情況,而影響私立學校招生不足的原因除了景氣不佳、失業率升高、人口數的減少也是其原因之一,在現今招生不足的情形不僅僅是發生在以往就面臨招生壓力的私校上,部分被視較有信譽的私校也面臨招生壓力,因此本研究旨在運用Porter在1985年所提出價值鏈觀點,進而發展學校招生價值鏈模式的構面指標,和運用模糊層級分析法(FAHP)做為本研究分析方法,逐步分析各構面和評估準則間權重關係,以探討提升學校招生效能之關鍵成功因素。

In Taiwan was originally a vocational education system to meet the needs of industry, set up, so in technical and vocational education and industrial development must pay attention to the combination, in today's rapidly changing industrial structure is causing the greatest impact on vocational education, vocational school students with the rapid increase in economic growth, the timely provision of required manpower for economic development is Taiwan's transition to industrial society to promote the success of one of the main economic development. Technical and vocational school enrollment in recent years the situation has been faced with bottlenecks in the birth rate of enrollment of part of the vocational colleges is not easy, there are many low enrollment of private schools, or even serious enough to not attract the case of students, and the impact of low enrollment of private schools In addition to the reasons for poor economy, unemployment rate, population reduction is one of the reasons, the current shortage of students in the case not only in the past to face the pressure of the private school enrollment, and partly as a more credible enrollment of private schools also face pressure, so this study is to propose the use of Porter in the 1985 year of the value chain perspective, the development of value chain model of school enrollment indicators of the dimensions, and the use of Fuzzy AHP (FAHP) as the method of this study step by step analysis of the dimensions and weight relationship between the evaluation criteria in order to increase school enrollment of the key success factors for performance.
