近年來,台灣企業紛紛西進中國,對台灣的產業與經濟產生了深遠的影響。中央監控系統產業是傳統產業中的重要一環,如何在競爭激烈的台灣市場做為品牌及產品的根據基地,進而發展全球品牌的行銷策略,實為中央監控系統產業重要的課題。 本研究透過對中央監控系統產業的相關研究和剖析,期望找出市場的需求發展出行銷策略之要素。因為至今還有很多顧客不了解中央監控系統與一般監控系統之差異性與產品特性,而且也無法了解中央監控系統對大樓設施之監控保護對住戶家居安全影響有多大。因此,藉由研究之市場分析與個案探討,可協助顧客對中央監控系統的認知,也協助企業真正了解顧客的需求,建構創新行銷模式開發新商機,實現永續經營的企業願景。 本研究透過所蒐集到的相關研究文獻探討,整理出相關因子及訪談主題,將針對中央監控系統的供應商與使用者進行訪談,進行市場評估調查並提出建議,對個案公司給予市場定位及新市場開發有實質幫助,並能以創新行銷模式提昇經營績效。期望本研究能對台灣中央監控系統產業,提供一些可供參考的行銷策略。 研究結果顯示,中央監控系統廠商必須運用組織與規模經濟優勢,鎖定中高階價位的市場為主要目標市場,利用有價值的產品定位去進攻市場,並利用品牌及差異化產品優勢,透過通路及產品促銷活動,擴張市場的市佔率。
In these years, Taiwanese companies moves to China. How to exploit the Taiwan market to build international brands and to set up factories in Taiwan have become important issues to the industry of the Central Control System. Business-to-business markets are emphasized in this study. Under the consideration of supplyers’ needs and attitude about Central Control System, this research will provide suggestion and show the key factors of successful commercialized design for Central Control System for market established by the analysis of consumers’ opinions. This research contributes not only to provide development guidance of Central Control System but also to point out the importance of supplyers’ needs. Our research method is according literature review to understand the Central Control System, and to establish effective factors for marketing. By method to analyze the data, the study will provide the suggestion. We find out appropriate marketing strategies, satisfactory value to customers, and competitive advantages.We hope to improve the company who have new market and market performance, and get beneficial results. Right poisoning, accurate price policy, brand awareness as well as products differention are also helpful in the business development. Furthermore, the multi distribution channels and promotion activities lead its products expand in market quickly. The study expects to offer a set of realistic marketing strategy for the Central Control System companies which want to develop business in the Taiwan market.
