剪力筋對於鋼筋混凝土矩形梁剪力行為之影響

A Study on the Shear Strength Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Rectangle Beam with Stirrup

摘要


鋼筋混凝土梁的破壞形式主要可分為撓曲破壞和剪力破壞。其中,剪力破壞沒有良好的預警機制,故比撓曲破壞在觀察預測時具有較大的不確定性。因此,設計者通常會要求鋼筋混凝土梁的剪力強度要比撓曲強度還要來的高。所以,對於預測鋼筋混凝土梁的剪力強度從古至今一直都是十分重要的課題。 本試驗設計3種不同主鋼筋排列、3種不同混凝土強度並搭配不同的剪力筋間距。藉由試驗來討論剪力筋對鋼筋混凝土矩形梁的剪力強度之影響,並與ACI規範加以彼此對照分析。試驗發現:(1)箍筋之占該梁剪力貢獻強度會隨箍筋間距越疏散而越低,但箍筋間距約為d/2與3d/4相比則差異不甚明顯。(2)箍筋之占該梁剪力貢獻強度會隨配筋斷面之拉力鋼筋比越大而越低。(3)箍筋之占該梁剪力貢獻強度會隨混凝土強度越高而有越低之趨勢。根據試驗數據,本研究以迴歸模式建立ㄧ經驗式來模擬此試驗之結果,並期許可供往後工程師設計時的參考資料。

The destruction form of the reinforced concrete beam can be divided into flexural failure and shear failure mainly. Shear failure without good early-warning mechanism among them, it may be so because of shear failure had greater uncertainty in observing and predicting of the two. Consequently, the designer will usually require that the shear strength of the reinforced concrete beam is higher than the flexural strength. In any event, it served as an important subject for predicting the shear strength of the reinforced concrete beam from ancient times to the present. The experiment designs 3 kinds of different main reinforcement bars to arrange, 3 kinds of different strengths of concrete also match different shear reinforcement spacing. Discuss the influence of the shear strength of the reinforced concrete rectangle beam with shear reinforcement, and take into each other with ACI code to check against analysis by experimenting. On trial detection: (1) Stirrup occupies the shear strength contribution of the reinforced concrete rectangle beam will be more far with the stirrup spacing and more low, but the stirrup spacing about is d/2 and 3d/4 to compare then the difference isn't very obvious. (2) Stirrup occupies the shear strength contribution of the reinforced concrete rectangle beam will be more big with the tension steel reinforcement ratio of doubly reinforced beam cross section and more low. (3) Stirrup occupies the shear strength contribution of the reinforced concrete rectangle beam will be more strong with the strength of concrete and more low. According to the on trial data, this research builds up an experience formula to simulate this on trial of result, and expect to can provide hereafter engineer design of reference.
