台北區工業類科職業學校汽車科實習工場管理導入「5S管理」之可行性研究

A Study on 5S Management of Automobile Workshops of Vocational High Schools in Taipei area

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解台北區工業類科職業學校汽車科實習工場導入「5S管理」之可行性,經由問卷調查法蒐集汽車科教師及技士佐與學生的背景、「5S」知識認知、工場現況與5S的認同度資料,經過資料彙整後,經由SPSS統計軟體,進行列聯分析、單一樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計考驗。分析考驗後,暸解目前汽車科教師、技士佐及學生對「5S」知識認知程度;汽車科實習工場管理現況,並論證5S落實於台北區工業類科職業學校汽車科實習工場的可行性。 最後,進行研究中所獲得之結論,歸納出幾點建議於下,以供後續對此研究方向感到興趣的研究者參考。 一、職業學校汽車科教師、技士佐對於「5S管理」學識認知是沒有充份清楚瞭解的。 二、職業學校汽車科教學生對於「5S管理」學識認知是沒有充份清楚瞭解的 三、以「5S管理」的標準檢視目前汽車科實習工場管理現況是較不符合的。 四、職業學校汽車科教師及技士佐導入「5S管理」是可行性的,並確立相關背景因素之影響。 五、職業學校汽車科學生導入「5S管理」是可行性的,並確立相關背景因素之影響。

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the 5S management introduction for shop of automobile technique department in industrial vocational high school in Taipei city. The study adopts questionnaire methods base on teacher, technician and students’s of automobile department knowledge of 5S management. Then, t-test, one way ANOVA, multiple stepwise regression, and path model analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were summarized from the teachers, technician and students knowledge management and the further of 5S managemen feasibility for the automobile technique department industrial vocational high schools in Taipei city. Finally,according to the conclusion of studying.The following suggestions for the researcher also puts forward some ideas for futher studies I. The teacher,technician of automobile department knowledge of 5S management is not clear about recogine. II. The student of automobile department knowledge of 5S management is not clear about recogine. III. Automobile department is not to fit in 5S managements tandard of rules. IV. To establish firmly the 5S management of feasibility study correlation factor for The teacher,technician of automobile department . V. To establish firmly the 5S management of feasibility study correlation factor for the students of automobile department .
