交友網站功能要素與網站介面技術之研究

摘要

網路科技的進步使得網路的應用從最早的資料查詢、分享功能，逐漸走向娛樂和溝通層面的應用。透過創市際ARO(Access Rating Online)數據觀察發現，交友網站於2009年10月份的到達率為18.59%，顯示約有1/5的網友在網路上尋覓適合交往的新朋友。而許多網站業者就看準網路交友商機，近年來如雨後春筍般紛紛成立交友網站。但要如何建立具創新與噱頭的多元交友網站功能服務以吸引更多網友的注意，是許多網站業者所面臨的問題。
本研究利用品質機能展開（Quality Function Deployment, QFD）以顧客需求為出發點，透過問卷與文獻所歸納出網站功能與網站介面技術來建立品質屋（House of Quality, HOQ），再使用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)問卷得到之層級權重，進行整合求得要求品質權重(%)以做為品質屋右半部分企劃品質之顧客需求權重，並以要求品質權重(%)為判斷交友網站功能要素重要度之指標，最後將品質屋進行計算而得到網站介面技術之資源排序。研究後發現使用者較重視下列交友網站功能：
1.內容構面：分類排行榜、交友查詢、分類查詢、誰來我家
2.社群構面：個人留言板、即時聊天/傳訊、遊戲、線上通知
3.客製化構面：日記、個人資料、個人公佈欄、個人主題背景、 個人背景音樂、 過濾名單
4.溝通構面：客服信箱、常見問題
5.連結構面：好友名單、相簿連結
結果分析出網站介面技術需求重要度前三名依序為:客製化之功能、電子工具之設計、面板配置，故透過本研究可提供交友網站業者在建立交友網站之初，應該具備哪些較重要之交友功能要素，與其網站介面技術之資源分配重點，以有效提升網頁建置效率及能滿足網友需求的交友網站。

With the advance of Internet technology, the application of Internet gradually evolved from the earliest information queries and sharing to entertainment and communication.Observation of the data of ARO(Access Rating Online) we found that reach of dating sites reached 18.59% in October 2009, showing that about 1/5 of the users looking for new friends on the Internet.Many operators spotted business opportunities, dating sites mushroomed in recent years.But there comes a problem that how to build an innovative multi-service dating site to attract more attention from users.
The study considers the customer requirements as a point of departure, by using QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The author would like to generalize the web interface technology to build the HOQ (House of Quality) through questionnaire survey and literature analyzing, and then obtain the level of weight by using the AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process). The author takes the result would integrate to have the weight of requiring quality, as the weight of customer requiry of the right part of HOQ.The weight of requiring quality (%)as the indicator for judging the importance of dating site’s function. The final resources order of web interface technology will be carried out by the house of quality. Study found that users attach more importance to the dating site's functions as follows:
1.Content: Category list , Inquire about friends, Category query, Who is watching me
2.Community:Personal message board, Real-time chat/messaging, list,Game, Online notification
3. Customization: Diary, Personal information, Personal bulletin board, Filter list,
Personal theme background, Background music
4. Communication: Customer service mailbox, Q&A
5. Connection: Friends list, Photo album link
The result showes the order of the top three important technologies of web interface are as following: the function of customized, electronic design tools and panel configuration.Through this study provides the dating site’s operators what is the more important functional elements of dating site and the web Interface technology resource allocation priorities in the beginning of dating sites established. In order to effectively enhance the efficiency of web page established and meet the needs of the dating site users
