企業創新與新產品開發策略對經營績效之影響-以台灣紡織業A公司為例

摘要


台灣紡織業近年來積極轉型發展高附加價值紡織品,然而高附加價值紡織品成功關鍵因素在於能快速開發多樣化新產品及提高附加價值。然而創新能力的獲得並不是一蹴而就的,它是長期研發能力的積累,是企業核心競爭力的集中表現。 從我國紡織業國際上的比較優勢方面來分析:我國具有原料優勢,但因國內原料市場尚未與國際市場完全接軌而不能有效發揮出來;具有勞動力優勢,但呈走弱趨勢,競爭優勢也明顯不足,體現在產品研發水準、創新能力均有不足,品牌運作及市場網路方面與發達國家間的差距則更大。 本研究將經由相關文獻探討,整合過去學者著作及相關研究,根據文獻探討建立一理論架構,利用企業創新、新產品開發與經營績效之關係,提供紡織業者作為改善經營績效的參考依據。在本研究架構中,視企業創新與新產品開發策略會影響企業的經營績效。 研究發現:企業創新與新產品研發策略對於經營績效有相當的影響;而企業經營績效良窳,會進一步影響公司的策略製訂。 本研究以台灣紡織A公司為實證對象,探討企業創新與新產品開發策略對經營績效之影響,並研擬經營策略與績效提供台灣紡織業做為參考。

Taiwanese textile industry, developing the high additional value fabrics actively, has made significant advancement during recent years. However, in order to succeed, the key factor is developing the new products of diversification and improving additional value fast. Cause, the acquisition of innovation ability does not easily, it needs long-period accumulation in design experience, and it is the concentrated expression of enterprise's key competitiveness. From the comparative advantage, capering our country with others in the world of textile industry : Our country has advantages in raw materials , however it can't bring into play effectively because the domestic raw materials market has not totally integrated with the international market yet; Have workforce's advantages , but show a tendency to leave weakly, such as price. The competition advantage is obviously insufficient too, embody in the level of research and development of products , innovation ability and have a deficiency , operation of the brand and market network respect and developed disparity across boundaries are greater . It’s will probe into relevant documents in this research, combine over scholar's doing and relevant research, probe into and set up a theory structure according to documents, utilizing enterprise's innovating, new product development and relation of managing performance, the person who offers textile industry is as improving the reference basis which manages the performance. In this research structure, manage the performance and is regarded as intermediary's parameter, enterprises innovate the management performance that will pass enterprises with new product development and influence company's tactics , discover: Enterprises innovate and have suitable influence in managing the performance with the new research and development of products; And the good performance of the enterprises or not, that will be influence the tactics of the company to be made further. This research regards a textile industry company of Taiwan as the real example target, probe into the relation that enterprises innovate and manage the performance, and grind and plan to offer textile industry to Taiwan to do in order to consult in management tactics and performance.
