單相開關式磁阻馬達之功率因數修正電路研製

摘要


開關式磁阻馬達相較於其他傳統直流馬達有高功率密度、結構簡單、不需永久磁鐵、控制容易、成本低、不需碳刷等優點,適合於高轉速及比較惡劣之環境的應用場合。開關式磁阻馬達依轉子、定子結構的不同大致上可以區分為單相、兩相及三相等結構,其中,單相開關式磁阻馬達的結構及驅動方式最為簡單且適合高轉速運轉,但此類馬達的功率因數低、總諧波失真及轉矩漣波較大。本論文以單相開關式磁阻馬達作為負載,研製600W兩相交錯式邊界電流、兩相交錯式連續電流及單相連續電流功因修正電路,分析與比較這些電路的架構及控制方式,並以實驗驗證它們的性能。

The advantage of switch reluctance motor (SRM) comparison to traditional DC motor, with high power density, simple structure, without permanent magnets, easy control, low cost, without brush, Suitable for applications where high speed and the relatively harsh environment. SRM according to the rotor, stator structure can be divided into single-phase, two-phase and three-equal structure, wherein the structure and driving method of single-phase SRM is the most simple and suitable for high speed operation, but the low power factor this type motors, and the total harmonic distortion greater torque ripple. In this thesis, a single-phase SRM as load, developed a 600W two-phase interleaved boundary current, two-phase interleaved continuous current and continuous current single-phase power factor correction circuit, analysis and comparison of the structure and control of these circuits, and in experiments to verify their performance.
