兩相交錯式升壓型功率因數修正器之研製

摘要


本論文設計一個具高功因、低輸入和輸出電流漣波以及高效率之兩相交錯式升壓型功率因數修正器,藉由德州儀器公司所生產的UCC28060控制IC來達到將兩單一升壓型轉換器電路的整合,可在高輸出功率下改善元件所需高耐壓及高耐流、儲能電感過大及EMI濾波器體積等問題。 在文中對所研製之電路,除對原理及設計做詳細解析之外,並實作一部輸出功率800W之兩相交錯式升壓型轉換器,從中獲得波形與數據,來驗證電路設計之正確性。

This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a two-phase interleaved boost power factor corrector (PFC) to achieve high power factor, low input and output current ripple and high efficiency. The UCC28060 is used as the control IC for the PFC and integrate two boost PFC converters. In addition, the voltage and current ratings of the power components, the volumes of inductors and output capacitors and EMI filters can be reduced. Besides the theoretical and design analysis, an 800W two-phase interleaved Boost PFC is implemented. By waveforms and experimental data, the correctness of the circuit is verified.
