摘要

本論文主要探討具有同步整流與電流倍增之全橋相移直流電源轉換器的設計與製作，文中先對其系統架構作一簡要介紹並分析原理，其次設計與選用電路元件，根據設計的結果，以套裝軟體Isspice模擬實作效果與相關波形的分析。最後實際研製一個輸入36~72V，輸出為3.3V/30A之直流轉換器，並量測相關實驗數據以驗證理論推導的正確性。

This thesis presents the design and implementing a high frequency DC-DC power converter. The topology of the converter is a phase-shift full bridge with synchronous current- doubler rectification. It utilizes transformer leakage inductance and winding capacitance to form a resonant circuit to achieve Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) and employes a synchronous current-doubler rectifier in the secondary winding of the converter to improve efficiency of the converter in low-voltage/high-current conditions.
Finally,experiment results show that the designed converter achieve zero voltage switching and the efficiency has been significantly improved .
