溜冰場凍結設計參數之研究

摘要


近年來熱帶地區或亞熱帶地區新興冰上運動,冰上運動主要有冰上曲棍球、花式溜冰、競速滑冰、休閒溜冰與冰上芭蕾舞等,由於過去冰上運動受限於環境條件,而盛行於溫寒帶地區;如今,在亞熱帶地區如台灣,政府單位為推廣大眾休閒運動,興建大型溜冰場,如台北市新建工程處小巨蛋室內溜冰場。溜冰場的製冷方式有直接冷卻系統與間接冷卻系統二種。直接冷卻方式之溜冰場,以R-22及R-717作為直接冷卻劑;間接冷卻系統以二次冷媒作為熱傳遞媒介。溜冰場冰面凍結時間與冰床設計寬高比(width to height ratio)有極密切的關係。溜冰場上的埋管填充材料有二種,水泥材料與多孔砂質( porous sand ),本文使用多孔砂質作為研究材料,起因於多孔砂質具有多孔特性。本論文利用基本熱傳公式推演,結合多孔材質計算式,以國際標準冰場尺寸(60 m × 30 m,8 m圓角)為基本設計藍圖,將計算出溜冰場凍結的凍結時間,再架設小型冰床模型(約1/850)做實驗印証。本研究將實驗所得數據與數值計算結果作比較,其結果印証本文計算方法可預測多孔砂質在特定寬高比與輸入熱的冰面凍結時間,以提供填充多孔砂質在特定寬高比與輸入熱,有最佳凍結時間參考。

The tropical or the subtropical area are developing new ice-sports in recent years, the ice-sports has ice hockey, curling, figure skating, speed skating and recreational skating etc. Due to the ice-sports was limited to the environmental condition in the past, and prevailed in the cold zone. Taiwan government in order to popularize the people outdoor activity, build huge egg indoor skating rink. The freeze of the rink had two kinds of systems indirectly and directly. The rink of the direct way, regard R-22 and R-717 as the direct coolant, coolant is media systematically indirectly. Freeze time and ice bed design width to height ratio have relation extremely. There are two kinds of stuff on the rink, cement material and porous sand, Text uses porous sand regard as studies materials, porous characteristics in the porous sand. This thesis is utilized basically the heat transfer formula to deduced, combine the porous material calculating, in order to design the blueprint basically with the international standard size of skating rink ( 60 m * 30 m, the round angle of 8 m ), the calculate freeze time, and then build an ice bed model ( about 1/850 ), and experiment to confirm. This research will test get data to compare with calculation of number value, its result confirms this text can predict freezing time than with input the ice of heat and width to height ratio, it is can design for suitable freezing time.
