在目前的水泵量測的方法中,主要為『CNS665』總則所公佈的檢驗法,為了建立水泵節能績效量測與驗證方法,本研究以實際案例分別對於定頻、變頻及水泵葉輪修改案例,進行數據分析、評估並建立空調循環水泵性能經驗模式,以建立水泵改善專案中的節能效益驗證程序與理論模式計算方法。本研究主要是利用粒子族群演算法則進行基準線模型的建立,讓所迴歸係數計算出來的用電量與實際改善後之用電量誤差能夠降低,經實際結果顯示,在定頻水泵的平均誤差率為0.79%、水泵葉輪修改的平均誤差率為1.67%及變頻水泵平均誤差率為12.93%,在此建立這三種不同型式的改善方式,主要是為了在未來可以提供針對於水泵節能績效保證專案實行改善之參考方式。
Pumps in the current methods of measurement, mainly『CNS665』 test announced by general law, in order to establish water saving performance measurement and verification methods, In this study, the actual cases, respectively, for the fixed-frequency, frequency and the pump impeller to amend the case, for data analysis, evaluation and the establishment of the performance of air conditioning experience model circulating water pump in order to build water pump project to improve the energy efficiency of the verification process with the theoretical model calculation. The purpose of this study is the use of particles were carried out in baseline algorithm model, so that the regression coefficient calculated with the actual consumption of electricity to improve the error can be reduced by the actual results show that the average pump frequency error rate for the 0.79%, water pump impeller to amend the average error rate of 1.67 percent and the average pump frequency rate of 12.93 percent error in the establishment of the three different types of improvements, mainly in order to provide for future energy-saving performance in the water pump to ensure the implementation of the improvement project way of reference.
