摘要


本文研究主旨在於應用結構健康監測方法於機車車架損傷檢測,檢測機車車架是否有損傷、損傷之程度大小及損傷之位置。本研究先以一簡單矩形模型為例,以驗證本研究結構健康監測方法所建立程式之正確性。首先是以ANSYS軟體指令建立一矩形模型,再由Matlab程式設計軟體之寫入指令將模型指令、材料參數、網格劃分、分析類型及結果檔輸出內容等ANSYS指令寫入並建立一記事本檔案。經由Matlab程式呼叫指令執行ANSYS之批次分析路徑,再由Matlab程式讀取結果檔,以進行模態保證準則(MAC)計算及結構健康監測(SHM)方法之分析,其包括是否有損傷、損傷程度的大小與損傷位置之判斷。而本研究之主旨結構健康監測應用於機車車架之研究,其方法亦與上述方法相同,僅模型更換。由模態保證準則計算之結果可驗證在無損傷及有損傷之間的模態相關性,以確認所對應之自然頻率及其值的變化。在結構健康監測部分,經由特徵靈敏度反式法將特徵值及特徵向量代入進行計算,可得到損傷程度及損傷位置,以提供結構損壞評估及須補強的位置之參考依據。

In this thesis, the main objective is the application of structural health monitoring method in the motorcycle frame to detect damage of the motorcycle frame, the extent of damage size and damage location. Firstly, a simple rectangular model was employed in the structural health monitoring method to verify the methodology and the developed program. The rectangular model was built using ANSYS software programming mode, and then the associated model instructions were written by Matlab programming software, including material parameters, meshing, analysis type and results output file. The command file was established in a Notepad file format. Through the Matlab programming is the structural analysis was executed in ANSYS batch path and result file was read by the Matlab program. The corresponding modes among the calculated undamaged and damaged structures were identified by using the modal assurance criteria (MAC) calculation. Subsequently, the natural frequencies and modal vectors were employed in the structural health monitoring (SHM) scheme to infer the possible structural damages, including whether there is damage, the damage size and damage location. With the verified programming scheme, the study moved onto that structural health monitoring of a motorcycle frame. By using the first five modes of the frame model, the structural health monitoring method based on the inverse eigensensitivity algorithm successfully predicted the simulate damages embedded in the motorcycle frame. In addition, the sensitivity analysis on the motorcycle frame also provided the information how to reinforce the structure effectively.
