隨著城市現代化的迅速發展,以及都市化建設所需,如污水下水道、電力管線鋪設、捷運系統地下化等,潛盾工法隧道施作已成為減少影響地面交通衝擊、施工迅速且較無環境污染之施工方法;但國內目前沒有潛盾機相關之研發經驗,故連帶如機電系統、模具開發、施工參數資料庫等,相關工程應用技術停滯不進。因此,機具之性能、機具故障維修技術及專業工程人員培訓皆無法掌握,使得工程進度無法順利進行、施工品質難以掌控,對於承包廠商將付出龐大成本。 本論文提出以圖控軟體建立圖控式監控系統之架構模型,架構模型整合其周邊感測器:電子羅盤、CCD攝影機等設備;潛盾機於行進過程中,利用電子羅盤定位系統、光學標靶系統、CCD影像系統、油壓調控系統及資料庫系統,隨時監控潛盾機行進路徑及行進狀態,並依預設路徑反饋於千斤頂,自動修正潛盾機行進路徑及行進狀態,並將其機具動態及鑽掘參數,記錄於資料庫系統,根據系統鑽掘參數資料庫建立施工特性曲線、管理工程進度及施工品質。本研究已完成電子羅盤定位系統人機界面架構及系統資料庫的建立,經模擬測試結果,可順利達成工程施工所要求之精準定位。本論文所提出之各系統架構單元,可整合控制器及相關設備,構成潛盾機之監控系統。
Urbanization usually accompanies rapid constructing behavior, especially for sewer system, electric power pipeline laying, and undergrounded rapid transit system. Usages of non-excavator method, like shield machine method for metropolitan constructions is faster and has a lesser impact on traffic, furthermore, the shield machine method can reduce environmental pollution. Currently in Taiwan, there is rarely any case study of shield machine method, thus the related techniques, such as mechatronics system, die development, working parameter database, and etc are still in stagnate. Therefore, the incompletion knowledge of shield-machine characteristics, performance, and maintenance skill cause specialist training problems, construction schedule delay, and poor quality control, all these problems will increase contractor cost. This thesis presents a method to build the frame structure of graphic monitoring system by using graphic control software, the frame structure combines peripheral sensors, the digital compass positioning system, optics target system, CCD camera system, oil pressure system, and database system. The above sensors can instantaneously monitor the shield machine boring path and state. This thesis already completed a frame structure of digital compass positioning system, and the interface of mechatronic system has also been established. Furthermore, the simulation data shows that this research could achieve accuracy positioning requisition for construction. Each unit in this system could combine controller with related equipments as shield machine monitoring system.
