In the Electrical Maintenance market, how to rise the service , how to get customer satisfaction and loyalty, expansion of enterprise in market share, and liter company advantage, is important. The mechanical maintenance services for the company of an apartment building people in Taichung ,and this paper used 487 and 398 received questionnaires to analyze it with SPSS. The result show the relation about Ability to Handle Customer Complaints among Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.
