本研究以連鎖美髮業內部創業者為對象,歸納內部創業存在的價值為:1.解決連鎖店直營型態的監督成本問題與加盟型態的撘便車問題。2.兼有店直營型態與加盟型態的優點。3.滿足國人強烈的創業需求。探討連鎖美髮業內部創業者人格特質與績效之關係,再以創業動機為干擾變數之下,以人格特質、創業動機與創業績效之關聯性。 研究採用McCrae and John(1992)的Big Five(情緒穩定性、外向性、友善性、開放學習性、嚴謹性)五大人格特質。內部創業動機構面採用Dubini所歸納的七項動機因素:1.成就2.福利3.地位4.金錢5.得免於難6.自由7.效法前人作為本構面之衡量變項,以主成分因素分析法,命名依序為「成就金錢」、「福利自由」等二項創業動機。創業績效採用創業者主觀與客觀的衡量方式衡量內部創業者人格特質與績效。 相關的文獻探討開始著手,再根據其理論基礎建立之架構與假設,並選用適當的量表為研究工具,採用問卷調查方式進行,本研究以美髮商業公會會員,在國內美髮連鎖經營知名品牌,具有內部創業者身份為研究樣本,回收有效問卷樣本數150份,運用統計軟體進行基本資料敘述統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析、相關分析、階層迴歸分析。經實證分析結果顯示,有以下重要發現:1、人格特質對於創業績效影響而言,美髮業內部創業者的人格特質之外向性、友善性對創業績效有正面的影響。2、創業動機之成就金錢、福利自由對創業績效有正面的影響。3、創業動機之成就金錢、福利自由會干擾人格特質之外向性對創業績效之關係。
The Big Five factors (1992, McCrae and John) are used in this study for the purpose of analyzing the interrelationship with other variables. The Big Five factors are Openness,Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. Furthermore, Seven motivational factors (achievement, welfare, position, money[monetary], get from hard, freedom and follow the example of their predecessors) are considered as the measurable variables for internal entrepreneurial motivation analysis. The following crucial (important) findings are examined by the empirical analysis: First, for the influence on entrepreneurial performance with personality traits, two (particular) factors; extraversion and agreeableness, have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of the internal entrepreneurial members in the hairdressing industry. Second, the mentioned entrepreneurial motivations; “Monetary achievement” and “The freedom (flexibility) of entrepreneurial performance benefits”, are also having a positive impact on the entrepreneurial venture performance. Third, (Monetary achievement and the freedom of benefits) the entrepreneurial motivations may influence the relationship between extraversion and the business performance.
