摘要


本論文主要研究並以實驗證明利用-1模注入鎖模(-1 side mode injection-locked )技術及光電回饋(Optoelectronic Feedback)技術的光訊號回饋技術所建構的直接調變整合性光纖到府暨光纖微波傳輸系統 (Fiber-to-the-Home Integrating with Radio-on-Fiber Transport Systems)。同時將直接調變的主幹網路(BB)(622 Mbps)以及射頻(RF)(622 Mbps/10GHz)信號成功的傳送超過80公里。由我們所實驗的系統架構取得較低的誤碼率(BER)及結果圖表中清楚的得知。這個由實驗證明的FTTH/ROF傳輸系統非常有希望成為寬頻網路的下一代接班人。

A directly modulated FTTH/ROF transport system based on -1 side mode injection-locked and optoelectronic feedback techniques is proposed and demonstrated, Directly modulated BB (622 Mbps) and RF (622Mbps/10GHz) signals are successfully transmitted simultaneously over an-80 km standard SMF transport, Low BER value was achieved in our proposed systems. This demonstrated FTTH/ROF transport system is a promising candidate forbroadband access networks.
