三百萬像素手機鏡頭設計

摘要


隨著行動電話市場的擴大,對於短小型定焦鏡頭的需求與日倍增。本研究即針對三百萬像素等級的CMOS影像感測器進行光學鏡頭設計,目的是使手機用的光學鏡頭接近數位相機的影像品質。 本研究採用四片透鏡的光學結構,設計高影像品質的手機鏡頭。本研究由一階光學系統開始分析光學結構,並且以屈光率分配作為設計參考依據,在符合基本光學規格下,提出正負正負的結構,是可行性最高的型式。為了降低生產成本,使用二片球面玻璃與二片非球面塑膠透鏡。在維持一定的光學品質條件時,能夠降低色差的產生、減少透鏡數的使用、縮短鏡頭模組的長度完成輕薄短小的需求。鏡頭的特點是:系統總長小於7.8mm;不論從成像的子午面或是弧矢面在230 lp/mm來分析時,各視場的成像解析率皆高於30%;畸變量低於2%。

With the enlargement of cell phone’s market, the requirements for pint-size fix focus lens increase day by day. This research designs the optical lens for the grade of 3 mega-pixel mobile phone camera. The object of this design is to construct a lens for cell phone with image quality as the digital still camera. This research uses power structure with four lenses to design cell phones’ lenses with high-quality of images. The research, at 1st order optical system, starts to analyze power structure which regards power’s distribution as reference of design. In addition, this research also mentions that the structure of (+-+-) is the form which has the highest practicability. In order to lower production costs, we can use two pieces of spherical glass and two aspherical plastic lenses. In that way, when we want to maintain certain quality, we also can reduce the chromatic aberration, reduce the number of using lenses, and shorten the length of lenses module to achieve the requirement of thinness and shortness. The features of lens are as follows: First, its total length of system is less than 7.8mm. Second, no matter from tangential line or sagittal line of image, the MTF is higher than 30% under 230 lp/mm. Last, the quality of distortion is less than 2%.
